Apple Enchiladas




A fast and easy dessert

What You’ll Need:

1 (21 ounce) cans apple fruit filling and topping ( or other fruit fillings)
6 (8 inches) flour tortillas…
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water

Spoon fruit filling the center of tortillas evenly.
Sprinkle each with cinnamon.
Roll up and put in a thinly greased baking dish, seam side down.

Take the butter and the other 3 ingredients to a simmer.

Reduce heat and simmer, stirring continuously for 3 minutes.

Pour over the enchiladas: let stand for 30 minutes.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
