I Want Pig Candy Review

So excited to try the products I received today. Always love getting new and interesting products that I have never tasted or used. The company is called "I Want PigCandy". The owner Joan Simpson sent over four bags of their Pig Candy in different flavors. But first a little history on their beginnings.

A couple of years ago, JoanSimpson was watching a food show, the lady was making candied bacon on the show. So Joan just  happen to have all the ingredients, so she decided she was going to make it. It was beautifully sweet and spicy, crunchy and crispy. . She made some of it and shared it with her sister. They liked it very much, so she proposed sticking it on a stick and selling it. And she did just that. And the business was created, people just feel in love with it.

I can't wait any longer to try this pig candy, I have never had it before.

 First up is the mango habanero candy bacon. It's made with slow roasted bacon until its crispy and crunchy. After that it is basted in sweet and spicy mango habanero glaze. It's a irresistible pig candy, a little sweet and spicy, and still crunchy like I love my bacon to be. It’s a great snack to have any time of the day for sure. Also it has a little kick to it at the end. So if you are a habanero pepper fan, this would be a great pig candy bacon product for you. There is a down size to this pig candy bacon, from I want pig candy, it can be addictive! The ingredients, the way they are infused, will delight your palate for sure.

Now, for the Almond Joy bacon pig candy from, I want pig candy. Right thru the bag you can see the shredded coconut and the whole almonds. Tasted just like eating a Almond Joy candy bar. It was bacon dipped in milk chocolate and coated with almonds and the shredded coconut. You might have to hide this if you buy it, for sure it will not last long. The bacon is crispy and the milk chocolate still melts in your mouth as you chew it. I have never had it before, but I sure will want it again.

On to the third bag of pig bacon candy, it is the garlic ranch. The bacon is cooked, to the perfect crispiness I love. You taste the garlic and the ranch seasoning in every bite. This would be great crumbled on to the top of a nice salad. One package of this per family is not enough. When you open the pouch it smells so amazing. Just invites you in, for that first bite.

The last bag from I want pigcandy, is the Brown Sugar. It melts in your mouth as you eat it. It's sweet, and crispy and just so flavorful. Looking at the strips when you take them out of the bag, you can see the brown sugar glaze. You can tell with this pig candy bacon, that I want pig candy, really hit the culinary high notes. This to would be great crumbled on your favorite recipe, something like ice cream!
