Gaucho Ranch/n"dulce Product Review

CordobaFoods are producers of gourmet N'Dulce Dulce de Leche Milk Caramel Spread and Gaucho Ranch Chimichurri sauces in the USA.
Cordoba Foods products are available in about a dozen countries , including the United States , Canada, Mexico, England, Spain, Australia and many other countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.

And tonight when everyone arrives home, I get to cook with seven products they sent to me. But before I light the grill, I want to get some desserts ready and a nice drink to serve after dinner.

For the first dessert I am making some mini dulce leche cheesecakes using a jar of n'dulce leche milk caramel spread. The golden brown milk caramel spread worked perfectly as a ingredient not only inside the cheesecakes but as a drizzle on top. Dulce de Leche is a staple used in many Latin American desserts, and is used in many other dish's all over the world. The n'dulce leche from GauchoRanch is not only nut free but gluten free as well. The taste is one of the best tasting caramels, its texture very creamy. Using it as a spread, its very easy to do, but to drizzle you can warm some up for a few seconds in the microwave to make it even more creamy. The difference between dulce de leche and caramel is the leche is made from condensed milk or milk and sugar. The sweet delicious taste will win over your heart. It is a very versatile product. Any any left over can be kept in the fridge for a couple weeks. Use it in coffee, on toast, or drizzle it on ice cream, but also use it as a ingredient for a recipe.

Another jar of n'dulce dulce de leche I received was with chocolate, and for that I used it for the topping on my strawberry dulce de leche cake. The chocolate dulce de leche was also a spread, and spread very easy on top of my cake with no problems. You get all the same flavors as a original dulce de leche but with chocolate flavors and color. It's smooth, creamy texture is very versatile as well, and can be used warm or cold for many dish's.

The last n'dulce leche was a syrup, and for this I made latte's, to drink as I grilled dinner. They we're amazing, sweet, and very delectable. This dulce de leche makes a wonderful sweetening product for drinks, but also would be great for a drizzle on desserts or other types of dish's.

For dinner I grilled four different types of meats, one with shrimp. And the star of the dish were the chimichurri sauces from Gaucho Ranch.

The first was Gaucho Ranch chimichurri "hot". For this I topped my shrimp and chorizo kabob's. It gave the kabob's a over the top flavor and in fact no other spice blend was needed. The hot chimichurri sauce has the same ingredients as the original does only a little more spice. Nothing overly unbearing, just perfect. All of Gaucho Ranch chimichurri sauce are made with natural ingredients such as parsley, garlic, rosemary, and red peppers, a perfect melody of great natural ingredients.

Chicken went on the grill next, a nice thick chicken breast basted with the Gaucho Ranch Mediterranean chimichuri sauce. Fantastic flavor that again was the only flavoring for the chicken. Just simple ingredients such as parsley, garlic, basil and thyme make up this chimichurri sauce. And with chicken it was over the moon with flavors. Each sauce is also the perfect blend, not thin and not thick. In each jar you can see the fresh ingredients. Even blended you still see the bits of the spices in every jar as well, and when placed on your food, they are still visible. The taste is very hearty, and authentic. The chimichuuri Mediterranean can also be used as a dip for some toasted bread. Either on a hot food or cold, you will experience a world of true Argentinean flavors.

Now I also received some chimichurri sauce "Caribbean", and for this I grilled some quesadillas and used the chimichurri sauce inside. The Caribbean chimichurri sauce gave the flavors of Cuban food. Again made with natural ingredients such as parsley, garlic, cilantro, and mint. The blend and the bits of spices are in perfect harmony and balance. The sauce has a very exquisite taste, that would meld not only how I used it but with beef, or poultry. It really makes you feel like you are on the Caribbean with the warm waters, warm temps, and great food, except you made it at home.

Last was some skirt steak, nothing goes best like some original chimichurri sauce with a grilled skirt steak. The original Gaucho Ranch chimichurri sauce is made with parsley, garlic, rosemary, and oregano. And right through the jar, you see the blend and the bits. On steak it is just a taste that brings a symphony to your taste buds. The amount of flavors, well it's hard to put into words. The chimichurri sauce can replace other condiments for steaks and other meats, but also works as a dipping sauce. The taste is not strong, just right. When guests taste these chimichurri sauces they will truly think you we're cooking all day, they taste very homemade and fresh.
