Lighthouse Roasters Coffee Review

Going out to the mailbox, as soon as I opened it, I could smell coffee right away, and it smelled so good. When I got inside and opened the box, it was a bag of ground coffee from Lighthouse Roasters, located in Seattle, Washington.

Just the aroma alone, told you this coffee is going to taste amazing!

Here's a little about Lighthouse Roasters.

Lighthouse Roasters has been generating fine artisan coffee in Seattle since 1993. The company,  makes consistently great coffee in small batches of the best quality premium beans, toasted every day in their vintage cast iron roaster. Lighthouse has built a follow-up to coffee lovers through our determination to treat coffee roasting as a art. Lighthouse is also proud of their baristas for their experience and expertise in making the finest coffee beverages affordable. Lighthouse roasts all the coffees inside their community cafe, producing an unmistakable, tempting scent. If you're a fan of tasty coffee and excellent chat, then a ride to the Lighthouse is a must.

So after our meal tonight, I am going to start the coffee pot and blend some of the Lighthouse Roasters "roasters choice" coffee.

Well the brewing is done, and with some pie, the adults in the family are going to taste this aromatic coffee, I have just brewed from Lighthouse Roasters. And can I tell you, my house smells amazing.

Now the blend Roaster's Choice is a blend of three full bodied coffee's, Ethiopia, Sumatra and Latin high-grown arabicas. Let me tell you a little about the blend separately so you can smell the Lighthouse Roasters "roaster's choice" right through your screen.

Ethiopia coffee, is a type of Arabica coffee, that is grown in Bench Maji Zone of Ethiopia. It has a feature of small greyish beans, and has a full bodied, spice and chocolate like taste, with a floral aroma. This type of coffee is considered to be one of the best coffee's there is in the world.

The Sumatran "Sumatra" Coffee, in the blend I received is from a island in the Southeast of Asia. Making it very suited for growing arabica coffee. They are most know for their characteristics, which is a full bodied coffee with low acidity. The aroma is very earthy, and spicy.

And as far as the Latin high grown arabica coffee, that is also known as Arabian coffee. This is a very high quality coffee, that has beans grown mostly in shade. It is a very gourmet coffee blend.

So close your eyes, and vision how this coffee must look, and taste. And I hope you are seeing and smelling the same as I am. It's just amazing.

As for the aroma of the roaster's choice, brewing, it was very earthy and fresh. And like I said before I even got the box opened you could smell it. As far as flavor, there were tons, how could it not with these three amazing blends. As far as taste, I get a floral note, that’s rich and very tasteful. A true gourmet coffee, for sure. The coffee has no after taste, very clean on the palate. Brew this in the morning when everyone is sleeping and they will rise real fast.

LighthouseRoasters coffee, has created a truly gourmet coffee blend, with their roaster's choice. If it paired this well with dessert, I can't wait for the morning, to wake up to it.
