Nerdy Brothers Redneck Chef Review

Today I get to create my meals from start to finish, with Nerdy Brothers, Redneck Chefs products. The company is located in Florida and make some great products. Like their Jams, and their dips. The Nerdy Brothers, Redneck Chefs are  a family run source dedicated to bringing great amazing products that you just can't find anywhere. Have you ever noticed a commodity that you liked, but when you tried to purchase some, you just couldn't figure out where or how? That is where Nerdy Brothers comes in. And I am excited as always to tell you what all I made.

The day started with breakfast, and I wanted to make sure everyone woke up really good to start their day. And what better way with a nice spicy and hot Spanish meal. I made warmed up corn tortillas, then spread some black beans on, and on the top, some fried potato's, onion, chopped tomato's, a sunny side up egg, and to spice it up the Redneck Chefs Cajun Candy. Need I say, eyes are wide open! The ingredients for this Cajun Candy is: Jalapenos, Onions, Sugar, Vinegar, Water, Spices, Salt, Calcium Chloride, Xanthan Gum, Garlic Powder, Turmeric. The taste is the bomb, starting out sweet, and then the bomb. The blend of the Jalapeno peppers, and the other ingredients are perfect. Its not over blended so you still see all the greatness in the jar. There's no long after burn, after awhile you are left with a subtle cool from the relish. Overall my breakfast was incredible tasting.

I didn't give anyone a rest, tasting the products from Nerdy brothers, Redneck Chefs. Lunch was next. And the dish I made was some chicken wings, covered with the Redneck Chefs, hot pepper jam. All the flavoring was from this hot pepper jam, leaving me with delicious wings and wings with a beautiful color. I love that Nerdy Brothers, Redneck Chefs use such natural ingredients, and this hot pepper jam had, Sugar, Water, Hot Peppers, Bell Peppers, Pectin, Citric Acid. Now it is recommended how good all these products are with maybe come crackers, and cream cheese, but heck, I always go the extra mile and come up with a meal. After all variety is the "Spice" of life. The Redneck Chefs hot pepper jam, was sweet with a after kick. It's not something that will make you cry for day's, because its perfectly blended with other fine ingredients to balance the heat. It's a terrific addition to my wings, the taste of the jam went down to the bone. And may I might add, everyone is licking their fingers. I love that all the products are not to thick or to thin, a perfect consistency. For sure if you pour the hot pepper jam on a block of cream cheese it would be great, but trying it with poultry can't be beat either.

Dinner I was most excited about, I came up with some great ideas, to use the Nerdy Brothers, Redneck Chefs Jams.

I always love when I can make a great tasting appetizer. For the dish, I made some bacon wrapped shrimp coated in and basted it as it cooked, using the raspberry Jalapeno Jam. It was so succulent, tender, and over the top fantastic tasting. The ingredients for the raspberry Jalapeno jam is, Sugar, Red Raspberries, Jalapeno Peppers, Water, Pectin, Citric Acid. A well rounded combo of sweet and heat, and so yummy. Who wouldn't love this jam! The shrimp had the most beautiful color from the red raspberries. This jam is reminiscent to some good sweet and sour sauce. It has a little tang from the jalapeno's but then again, you will not be crying for days. This jam would as any of the products would, make a wonderful gift. If you like fruity sweetness, with heat, this jam is what your looking for.

My main dish was a nice pork loin, and that was cooked with some of Redneck Chefs blackberry jam. The ingredients for this jam has, Blackberry Puree, White Grape Concentrate, Water, Pectin, Citric Acid, Vinegar. All the sweetness in this jam is natural. It, gave my pork loin a beautiful color and taste. There is no bitterness from blackberries, it’s a warm and juicy jam, packed with a incredible taste. The flavor is so amazing, and adding it as a glaze for my pork was over the top. It's just so good! Every bite you take of this and all the products, you taste not only the quality ingredients used, but the love that went into every jar. The jams taste like old fashion jams your Grandma would have made. I have to add how tender my pork loin was, and with the array of the natural juices in the jam, I truly believe it was the best pork loin I have had in a long time.

To go with my pork loin, what better then a nice stuffing. And for a added ingredient I used Redneck Chefs Apple butter. The only ingredients for the apple butter was, Apples, Cider, Cinnamon, Citric Acid, Salt. So you are truly tasting those apples. No sugar is used, all the juice is naturally made. It does not get any better! Definitely this has the taste of old fashion apple butter. And added to my stuffing, it brought it to new heights. It was better, then just putting the apple butter on toast. The apple butter was blended, so well, not thick, and not runny. It was just pure velvet. Every bite taken of the stuffing the apple butter shown through. This apple butter is a great substitute for any recipe calling for apple juice, and pairs great with many types of recipes. The Redneck Chefs, apple butter, would make a great addition to oatmeal, pancakes, and even as a filling for some cupcakes. It's all about being adventurous.

To end the evening I made some crepes, filled with Redneck Chefs strawberry jam. This jam was also sweetened with natural juices, and with Strawberries, White Grape Concentrate, Water, Pectin, Citric Acid, Vinegar. Using the jam as the filling could not have gotten any better. What a nice way to end a filling day of great food, made with great products. All the flavor from the strawberry jam is so fresh and natural tasting. Its sweetness is so perfect, not overly sweet at all. You taste the strawberries, in every bite. The blend of the jam is very luscious, and has a great aroma of fresh strawberries when you open the jar. The jam is bright, and really made my crepes standout.

All the jams from Nerdy Brothers, Redneck Chefs, can be used in a array of recipes. Try them served up as a comfort snack, in some plain yogurt, on cream cheese, and so much more. The ideas have to come from you.
