Marich Confections Review

I get to taste some elegantly crafted chocolates tonight, from a company called Marich pancrafted chocolates. There is so much to this company, from their roots being a second generation family business, to trees that they have planted.

Their chocolate is fair trade cocoa, providing quality products, that in turn provides a better return for people and their families, whom grow cocoa. Purchases help these farmers, to improve their growing practices. And buying fair trade products helps the environment as well.

From their humble beginnings, Marich has been engaged in the environmental initiatives, for their entire time that they have been in business. Over the years, they as a company have made many changes. In energy conservation, their sources, and so much more.

My first, tasting of these elegant gems, was the bag of Marich premium dark chocolate sea salt cashews. A wonderful fair trade cocoa chocolate, certified USA. The ingredients are all natural, with no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no preservatives, no hydrogenated fats, nor high fructose corn syrup. This goes for all their products. If you are looking for a guilty pleasure snack, these Marich chocolates are it. The combination of salt, and dark chocolate is wonderful as is, but add in cashews, and its over the top delicious. The chocolate confection, just melts in your mouth, leaving the cashew for the crunch. The salt gives it a nice pop as well. A very elegant chocolate confection. Marich, freshly roast the cashews, then covers them in salt, and then their premium chocolate. The Marich, chocolates make a wonderful gift for any occasion.

The next bag, was the Marich, chocolate toffee almonds in milk chocolate. Again made with the same wonderful ingredients, only this time using milk chocolate. Marich, chocolates is such a fresh natural tasting confection, that is not only delicious, but has a nice crunch from the almonds. The toffee flavor, is so elegant, and really compliments the milk chocolate. The almonds for this confection, comes whole from California and is also roasted. Then you get a coating that covers the almond, of sweet buttery toffee, then your creamy and dreamy tasting, milk chocolate. The chocolates make great party favors that anyone would love to receive.

Moving on was another wonderful flavor from Marich pan crafted chocolates, their dark chocolate sea salt caramels. If you love caramels, and chocolate, this is the perfect confection for you. It is Marich's number one bestseller. The caramel is crafted from fine pure cane sugar, with real AA butter, and just a pinch of sea salt. They make a wonderful sweet treat, for any time of the day. A nice indulgence, that is beautiful and elegant.

Now the next bag from Marich, was very unique, it was their dark chocolate barrel aged bourbon caramels. So many rich flavors in one bite. The taste is warm, and very rememberable. A real taste of the South in chocolate form. The pairing of dark chocolate and southern bourbon, and handcrafted caramels, the flavor profile is heavenly. This confection, reminds you of the deep South in every bite.

Now if you think these Marich chocolates taste wonderful so far, you have to wait for the finale. It is Marich's milk chocolate blueberries. Who doesn't love chocolate covered fruit. This elegant chocolate is made with creamy milk chocolate and soft blueberries. Then coated in a thin layer of blueberry flavored confectioners glaze. These make a wonderful treat anytime, or place in a stunning bowl when entertaining. The color is vibrant, and the taste, pure heaven. When you get through the premium chocolate, you get down to the chewy dried blueberry. It is dark chocolate with a nice fruit flavor, you savor until you can no longer.
