Ni Armor Sauce Review

Kaylene Fareti Lauano, Founder & Owner, and Fa’asolo Faga Lauano, Co-founder & Owner, sent over one of their sauce product, that they handcraft.

The two are owners of the company Ni Armor, from North Carolina. Their journey began, in Anchorage, Alaska, from backyard BBQ's, to a food truck, to a sauce you can use everywhere on anything, to North Carolina. That is where Ni Armor Sweet BBQ Marinade and Dipping Sauce came from.

Even their name is unique, the Ni comes from all of their five children's names. Which all begin with the letters Ni. The Armor is from the word of God. Ephesians 6:10-18 Armor meaning, Put on the whole ARMOR of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. And the stars represent the Alaska dipper, the place where the journey began.

So for my lunch today, I created a wonderful boneless pork roast sandwich's for my family, with Ni Armor's sweet BBQ marinade and dipping sauce. A great tasting all purpose cooking sauce that you can use on anything, and in, just about all recipes. You can use it on grilled foods, baked foods, roasted foods, even recipes for your instant pot.

You get results of succulent flavors, and a sauce that brings all the flavor you need to your dish. It just draws the flavor profile out of what ever you are cooking.

It truly is a all in one sauce. You can marinade with it, baste with it, or BBQ with it. The flavor profile is extraordinary, with lip smacking results.

You will be amazed at the recipe's you can use this sauce with. From meat, to turkey tails, to a egg drizzle, it is a great sauce. After you try it, I am sure it will become a staple in your kitchen. It's that good.

And after you taste it, I would not be surprised to hear that you used, it for a simple dipping sauce. The taste just brings you back, for more!

As far as my lunch, well, all the sandwich's were gone, eaten, in thirty seconds. I don't know if they came up for a breath. How I did it was, cooked a boneless pork roast in my instant pot, with some sliced onions. When it was all done, I chunked the pork into cubes, added the entire bottle, and served on sesame buns, with a very tiny bit of cilantro garnish. The sauce/marinade really did bring forth the natural flavor of the pork. And made a wonderful BBQ sauce.
