Pop I.Q Sorghum Popcorn Review

From Norwood, MA, I got some yummy snacks, from Pop I.Q. These little treasures are made from organic air popped sorghum grain. Along with all natural other ingredients for a healthy fun snack.

Better then your ordinary popcorn, they fill you up, and are very easy to digest.

Sorghum is becoming very popular, especially with making of snacks. It is a versatile crop grown as a grain and a super food. In every grain of Sorghum, healthy benefits are packed. High in protein, rich in antioxidants, and naturally gluten free.  You will find Sorghum found grown between South Dakota to Southern Texas, in dryland areas. Sorghum is also considered a ancient grain, that dates back thousands of years.

So after a good dinner, and nice dessert, its movie and snack night. And the family will get to try some of these sorghum popcorn's with me.

The first bag from Pop I.Q is the cinema style sorghum popcorn. It has just the right taste, to bring your memories to your favorite cinema popcorn, only a healthier version. Our next flavor from Pop I.Q was the Cheddar. Really a great flavor, and great colored sorghum popcorn. With the nice taste of cheddar, and a coloring from annatto and paprika. A nice slightly spicy popcorn. These portion size bags, are great for those watching their health and their waistline. Being air popped gives you a nice texture and flavor profile. There's nothing to pick out of your teeth either. One bag really fills you up, and no sugar spikes, so great for those whom have diabetes.

The next bag is Kettle, air popped sorghum popcorn. Pop I.Q thought of everything with their flavors. Young and old will love this flavor, and the others as well. Easy to eat, nothing sticking to your teeth or in-between them. A big delectable flavor, that is a great non gmo, gluten free snack. All the flavors made in small batches to ensure quality and taste. You can eat these sorghum popcorns from the bag, but also, how about a salad topping. That's what I did, and it was great.

Moving on to Pop I.Q plain naked flavor. Just a yummy tasting unflavored sorghum popcorn. These are great for adding to recipes, or straight from the bag.
