The Great American Pancake Company Review

From Cashton, Wisconsin, I received five yummy flavors of a great tasting pancake and waffle mix's. Giving me the opportunity to have a wonderful pancake and waffle Saturday buffet, for my family.

The Great American Pancake Company is who sent these yummy mix's to me, and they are a family owned and operated company since 2003. And after you taste these delicious mix's, you will literally fall in love with them.

The Great American Pancake Company also gives back, by offering samples to various organizations, schools, churches and clubs, and for those having fundraisers. If your looking for a great gift, The Great American Pancake Company also has some wonderful gift boxes, for that as well.

I was so excited to have these products, and create a wonderful Saturday pancake and waffle buffet for my family to wake up to.

The first few batch's of pancakes was with The Great American pancake and waffle mix, buttermilk. The pancakes are so easy to make, just add a few ingredients already in your fridge, stir gently, and you have yummy, fluffy, delicious pancakes. And for these, I served them with some raw honey, and that was it. You can top these, with your favorite toppings, or even add some fruit, or walnuts, what ever you do, they will turn out scrumptious. Don't have buttermilk on hand, well guess what you won't need it. Everything is already in the bag, to give you the best tasting buttermilk pancakes or waffles.

The next few batch's was some Chocolate Chip pancakes and waffle mix, and I made them just like the instructions on the back of the bag stated to. Just adding a few more chips when flipping, I got a yummy chocolate taste in every bite. Just served with a good maple syrup and butter, was all it needed. All the taste and flavor are already in the bag. It's like eating a chocolate chip cookie, in pancake form. The brown sugar and the semi sweet chocolate will make this pancake mix anyone's favorite.

Now moving into the next few batch's was The Great American pancake and waffle mix, Angel Cake. Now if you are wondering if they taste like a Angel food cake, well my family thought so. They are extra fluffy, and full of white chocolate chips. And to top them, I added more white chips, and made a peanut butter honey syrup to drizzle on top. You can't get enough of these great mix's in your mouth fast enough. They are truly a great artisan mix's, made and created with love, that you taste in every batch you make. These pancakes or waffles that you make with this mix would also be great with fresh fruit, or a glaze. However you top them, they are fantastic tasting.

The next bag was a interesting flavor of brown sugar and oatmeal, and I wanted to try making some waffles with this mix. And I must say, just like the pancakes, they came out with a divine flavor, and a nice fluffy bite. Topping with some fresh blueberries and confection sugar, they were a very sophisticated waffle, worthy of being on anyone's table. You get a nice flavor of not only the brown sugar, but the oatmeal as well. A very nice meld of ingredients. This mix features rolled oats and wheat flour, with a sweet taste of brown sugar. Light and fluffy pancakes, that you will crave more 

of.

For the cinnamon flavor from The Great American Company, I thought cinnamon roll, only in pancake form. So after making the pancakes, I made a nice cinnamon frosting to drizzle down the pancakes, that was like eating a bakery cinnamon roll. Absolutely fantastic flavor. You have the nice cinnamon taste in the mix, and the aroma when making the pancakes just draws you to the table. You get a bite of the cinnamon chips in every tasting. The flavor is just so divine, and even if I had not added the icing drizzle, it would still taste like a cinnamon roll. No syrup on these pancakes!
