Good Mix superfoods Review

I got to try some Good Mix superfoods, from the company that just happens to have that name. Good Mix superfoods, that started in Australia, and now made in Vermont, sent me four of their bags to try.

Good Mix superfoods is a family business, that has come a long way, to bring it's products to the US. Each bag of products is made in small batch's to bring not only freshness but great quality. The products are handmade organic snacks that can be incorporated into your daily meals, or eaten right from the bag.

The first bag was the GoodMix, superfoods Raw Trail, a blend of fruit, seeds and nuts, that are gluten free, vegan and grain free. The ingredients are real, and organic, a mixture of, Organic Pumpkin seeds, Organic Brazil nuts, Organic sultanas, Organic dried apricots, Organic sunflower seeds, Organic almonds, Organic goji berries, Organic dried apple, Organic coconut chips, Organic raw cacao nibs. Right through the front of the bag you see all the chunks of this yummy snack. You can eat it from the bag, but I decided to make a raw trail brownie with the blend. It came out scrumptious, and in every bite you get a mouthful of the raw trail. You don't have to worry about any added sweeteners, or fillers, because there is none. Just a pure wholesome organic snack anyone can enjoy.

The next bag from Good Mix,superfoods, was their original blend. This blend is a great keto product, with zero sweeteners, and a great source of prebiotic fiber. In one bag there is eleven superfood ingredients such as, chia seeds, buckwheat, pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, coconut, raw cacao nibs, goji berries, puffed millet, puffed amaranth. You can use the mix as a topping for yogurt, or on top of a oatmeal breakfast, but for me I used it as a added ingredient for some bread. This bag is the original blend 11, and was the first favorite for Good Mix superfoods. Another great feature with this blend is that it will help those with irritable bowel syndrome, and also help with IBS relief. And as far as my bread it was delicious. The mix gave my bread a nice bite, and texture.

Moving on to the next bag from Good Mix superfoods, was the Paleo, fruit, nut and seed mix. It is great for those on a low carb diet. It can be a cereal or a snack, either way it's healthy. It is naturally sweet, and contains, Coconut, chia seeds, flax seeds, pepitas, black sesame seeds, almonds, dried apple, dried apricot, macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts, goji berries. You can use the Paleo mix to start each day, in a smoothie, on your bagel with cream cheese, or in a great yogurt as I did. It made a nice topping and added a ton of flavor and crunch. It is protein packed, gluten free, and a wonderful source of fiber. For a cereal just soak overnight, in some almond milk, it's that easy. Not only does it taste delectable, its good for you.

The last bag of the day from Good Mix, superfoods, was the Spice trail, and for that I added some granola and made some bars. Wonderful tasting bars at that. This blend of fruit, nuts, and seeds, are whole. And really gave my bars a ton of texture. The mix is made up of, Organic sultanas, Organic dried apricots, Organic pumpkin seeds, Organic brazil nuts, Organic almonds, Organic macadamia nuts, Organic cinnamon, Organic cardamom, Organic cayenne. You are getting a nice sweet and spicy snack. Eat out of the bag, or get bold and use as a added ingredient in your other dish's. The taste will wake your taste buds up!
