The Chocolate Conspiracy bars Review

 

 I got the opportunity to try two elegant chocolate bars from a company called "The Chocolate Conspiracy.

Founder and chocolate maker, AJ Wentworth has crafted a chocolate that is raw, vegan, and made with raw cacao. He was one of the first chocolatiers in Utah.  All the chocolate products are made from scratch, and crafted with love. The chocolate that is used to make these intense confections are sourced cacao beans from Agro Industrial Cooperative Atalya. The cacao beans that The ChocolateConspiracy use's are certified organic, certified fair trade, and also certified kosher. There is no sugar or dairy in any of the products, and the beans are never roasted.

The first bar from The Chocolate Conspiracy was their Blackberry Ginger Bar, which was 73 percent cacao. This flavor happens to be very popular, and tasting it, it was plain to understand why. The blackberry balsamic that has been infused into the bar, has been aged for 18 years. You get a nice bite of sweet fruity flavors, then a hint of ginger. The entire ingredient list for this bar is, Raw Organic Cacao Beans, Raw Organic Cacao Butter, Raw Unfiltered Honey, Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar Grape Must, Red Wine Vinegar, Natural Flavors, Naturally Occurring Sulfites, Organic Ginger Oil. The marriage blend of these two ingredients are dynamic. One bounces off the other perfectly. The taste is truly comes from well crafted ingredients. The ginger at the end, gives your palate a little tang. The chocolate itself is dark, and just creamy and smooth. The origin for this cacao chocolate is, Peru.

Next from The ChocolateConspiracy is their Pure Dark chocolate bar that is 75 percent cacao. The higher the percentage number the purer the cacao bean. The origin for this cacao is also Peru. The bar is very simple and tasteful. When you put the first bite in your mouth, you get a nice smooth texture. Then at the end comes the honey flavor profile, that is just perfect. The ingredients are, Raw Organic Cacao Beans, Raw Organic Cacao Butter, Raw Unfiltered Honey. Five simple ingredients that make for a extraordinary chocolate bar.
