Cheesy Sausage and Egg Bake

 


Jump on the "Breakfast all day theme" and serve breakfast for brunch, lunch and dinner. No matter what time of day you prepare it, this sausage and egg casserole is a miracle that lets you mix the components together, then refrigerate overnight.

 

Ingredients

1 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained

1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (4 ounces)

8 medium green onions, sliced (1/2 cup)

2 medium tomatoes, seeded, chopped (1 1/2 cups)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)

1 1/4 cups Original Bisquick mix

1 cup milk  

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves SAVE $

1/2 teaspoon pepper

12 eggs

 

Heat the oven at 350 ° F. Rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Layer sausages, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese in the dish.

2 Toss the remaining ingredients when mixed. Pour on the cheese.

3 Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and fixed.
