All the Biswi sea moss biscuit crackers from Mossum are very versatile. The Mossum, Biswi, savory flavor is awesome. To get the full taste of this flavor, I enjoyed it straight from the bag. It had a palatable crunch, and was filled with savory herbs. But at the same time, your bite gave you a sweet taste as well. The ingredients are all natural, down to the herbs and spices. The sea moss biscuit crackers, from Mossum, is a great alternative to tortilla chips, and traditional crackers. You can serve them the same way, with dips, along side soup bowls, in chili, and so much more. Each bag of sea moss biscuit crackers from, Mossum is low in calories. Not only are the sea moss biscuit crackers great straight from the bag, but great incorporated into recipes, a snack on the go, and so much more.

For my lunch, I crumbles the sea moss biscuit cracker, from Mossum, coconut flavor, and used it as the coating for two crab cakes. After that I cooked them in the air fryer, and the coating held up perfectly. In each biscuit you can see the flakes of fresh coconut, and the flavor complimented the crab cakes as well. The coating browned up perfectly. This sea moss biscuit cracker would also be great as a coating for fish. How ever you eat it, every bite you take is a healthy one.

For the ginger sea moss biscuit cracker, I made some fresh guacamole and used the sea moss biscuit cracker for scooping it up. It held up perfectly, and added a unique flavor to each bite. The biscuit cracker made from the sea moss is crunchy and very satisfying. The best part you are eating a biscuit cracker that has no salt, oil or fat of any type. Your doing your body well.
