As the sun came up, I started the pot, brewing the Colombia blend of medium roasted premium coffee, from GoldenState Java. The house was filled with the aroma of the coffee, that I ground my self, from the whole beans. Every sip was rich and bold, and very smooth on the palate. For a breakfast coffee, it was the perfect wake up, everyone needed. This blend doesn't stop at just breakfast, its great any time of the day or evening. The beginning of the sip gives you nice floral notes, with a ending of a nice sweetness of caramel. And grinding the beans myself, gave me the option of the coarseness I preferred. The coffee beans are sourced from small farmers from Medellin, Colombia. And if you were not aware, Colombia is know world wide for its top producers of coffee. Giving you a nice coffee with a mellow acidity, and a well balance blend. Once you taste Golden State Java, Colombia blend, you will recognize it as a notable flavor.

The next brew was a relaxing cup of coffee after dinner. For that, it was Bail Blue from, Golden State Java. A nice medium dark roast of premium coffee. A very nice organic coffee, that was smooth as well on the palate. The flavor was very unique, the first of it's kind for me. Also a whole bean coffee, that I got to grind myself. The beans are sourced, from Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia. With a nice dark chocolate taste, along with a hint of brown sugar. This is a blend that goes well with any meal, from breakfast to dessert. The beans have a unique color of blue green, due to the drying process. The flavor is very extraordinary, and you will not forget it after tasting it. This Bali Blue coffee, from, Golden State Java, is very rare Arabica coffee. Produced by smallholding farmers, in a volcanic highland area of the Island of Bali. You don't need coffee and sugar, to enjoy the unique flavor, sipping it like a fine wine.

After tasting the coffee, Bali Blue, from, Golden State Java, I decided with a cold brew, I would incorporate the coffee into some luscious chocolate cupcakes. The Bali Blue coffee, infused the chocolate cupcakes, and it was a chocolate and coffee lovers dream come true. You get the best of both worlds. Easy to do, with a sophisticated dessert finish. The coffee makes not only the chocolate come alive, but the cupcakes very moist. And what is even better, is a cup of the Bali Blue coffee, while eating the cupcakes.

If you love coffee, you have to try these wonderful blends from around the world.
