Second time Cape Cod Cranberry Harvest Product Review

 

I love when I get to review for a company more then once. And I get to do that today for, Cape Cod Cranberry Harvest, located in Harwich, MA.

 

Last time I was able to create some delicious meals, with the jelly that was sent over, and I am excited to share what I made this time. With Cape Cod Cranberry Harvestjellies, you get a great combination of flavors that are not only sweet but tart. And the varieties are plentiful.

Time to share what I created again, with Cape Cod Cranberry Harvest Jellies!

My day started with breakfast, and I made some crepes not only filled with fresh fruit, but a layer of, Cape Cod Cranberry Harvest, cranberry banana jelly. Banana was the only fresh fruit not used, and that’s because I obtained that flavor from, the cranberry banana jelly. You get a nice sweet and tart flavor in every bite. A amazing flavor on your palate, and the perfect addition to my crepes and fresh fruit. The banana flavor does come through in the cranberry jelly, and it is truly delicious.

For lunch I made every one a monti crisco sandwich, filled inside with not only ham and cheese, but a good amount of white cranberry horseradish jelly. It was a party in your mouth. The horseradish gives the sandwich with just the right kick, nothing over powering, the cranberries bring the tartness, and with the melted cheese, well, it was a sandwich of all sandwich's. A fabulously unique jelly from, Cape Cod Cranberry Harvest!

Dinner, was just as amazing, with a glaze I made from the jar of, Cape Cod Cranberry Harvest, cranberry peach. Also to it, I added some black pepper for a little kick. Talk about a dinner, this was flavorful through the entire pork roast. The jelly has a nice clean fruity taste, then you get the tartness of the cranberries. In the jar is nice chunks of sweet peaches, that take you back to sitting on the porch in the summer.

For dessert, I made a yummy brie, with Cape Cod Cranberry Harvest, cranberry rosemary jelly and topped it with nuts. It was the perfect ending to the day. A very unique jelly, that really worked with the brie cheese. This is a very versatile jelly that would be great to incorporate into many different types of dish's. And is not one that you hear of often that’s for sure. The jelly is made from garden fresh rosemary, and blended with the native Cape Cod cranberries. You get the flavors of sweet, tart, and savory all at the same time. And the aroma when you open the jar is amazing. A really mouthwatering jelly.
