The Oil Barn Safflower Oil Product Reveiw

The Oil Barn, is located in Big Sands, MT, and is a small farmer owned business. The company never use's any chemicals in their products. All the products are one hundred percent natural. With over twenty years of farming organic, they bring these wonderful products to our tables.

Safflower oil, is very healthy, even more so then olive oil. It is a organic high oleic, cold pressed, unrefined, safflower oil, that I received. With a high heat tolerance, it has many uses, from cooking to being a skin product. Just image how good your food will taste, and how much healthier you will be using this wonderful oil, safflower oil!

If your looking for a neutral tasting flavor, safflower oil is what you should use. In your baked goods, frying, or as a substitute for other oils. Safflower oil also remains in liquid form, at colder temps, so placing it in the refrigerator, is possible. Safflower oil, also does not have a oily texture like some oil's do.

Using, The Oil Barn, safflower oil, I made some a very delicious dinner, and enjoyed it knowing, I was eating healthy.

First up, I made some oven fried chicken, and it was moist and tender, and mouthwatering. The Oil Barn, safflower oil, was perfect for oven frying chicken. It was not greasy at all, and being in the oven at a high heat, was perfect. The chicken cooked perfectly, and did not burn anywhere. The best part there was no oily taste, unlike some oils you would use. I was left with a tasty traditional oven fried chicken, and nothing less then that.

For a side dish, I made some oven fried potatoes and onions. Again, a nice non greasy dish, with a nice neutral flavor. Another great feature about, The Oil Barn, safflower oil, is that it gave my oven fried potatoes a beautiful gold color. The dish was easy, just toss the potatoes in the safflower oil, lay them down with sliced onions and top with sea salt. A perfect side dish!

The Oil Barn, safflower oil, is great for just about everything, from deep frying to a nice sauté'. It also makes a wonderful topping for popcorn, due to it's nice mild flavor. If you love oil for a salad dressing, The Olive Barn, safflower oil is perfect!
