Big Tree Maple Product Review

There is a maple sugar house that is located in, Chautauqua Co., which is in Southwestern New York. That sugar house is called, Big Tree Maple. A business that started in 1993, making delicious maple products, and tapping trees for their delicious New York syrup. This is a father and son business, that gathers maple sap and stores it in a modern way, to bring delectable products to our table.

There is so much you can do with maple syrup, it's not just for breakfast, but is very versatile in so many dish's. And when you get other maple products like I did, from, Big Tree Maple, you have the best day ever. Cooking and creating dish's, with maple syrup, cream, and sugar, and last some yummy maple candies.

Let me tell you how my day started, with Big Tree Maple.

First up, was breakfast, and I made some peanut butter pancakes with pure maple cream and chocolate chips. I hope your mouth is watering, like the families was. What makes this, Big Tree Maple cream so yummy is, it's made with one hundred percent pure maple. There is nothing else added to it. It has a nice creamy texture, great on toast, or a warm biscuit, but also great as a food topping for many dish's. It is sweet and is the pure taste of maple syrup.

For lunch I made a first recipe and that was some pulled pork pancakes with, Big Tree Maple, syrup poured over the entire stack. But also I added a half of cup of maple syrup to my pulled pork for extra flavor. The syrup comes in a cute jug, and is NY pure. The color is a nice amber, and has the most divine taste. The color of syrup defines the taste, so its your preference if you want a light or dark color. For a amber color syrup, it is a darker syrup, then your golden. The Big Tree Maple, syrup, had a wonderful full body flavor of maple, that was intense on the palate.

Afternoon break was very delightful as well, with a wonderful brewed pot of, Big Tree Maple, maple coffee. It was a very relaxing brew to enjoy before cooking dinner. The coffee is a special reserve, called maple weekend. Roasted by Paul de Lima coffee co, located in, Liverpool, NY. The coffee is one hundred percent Arabica, and has real NY maple syrup as a ingredient. You might think, the brew would be over sweet, but you would be wrong. It was perfectly balanced, and made for a great relaxing cup of coffee. A sip of coffee with the taste of fine maple syrup!

When it was time for dinner, I made a very think ham steak, with a syrup peach glaze, made from, Big Tree Maple, maple sugar, and sliced fresh peaches. The maple sugar is a granulated and was very easy to turn into a glaze. You can use this type of sugar in replacement for white sugar. And a great fact, it has unlimited shelf life if you keep it dry. Not only can you use it to replace white sugar, but you can do the same with brown sugar as well. It's a wonderful product to bake with, or top some of your favorite dish's with. Once you taste it and use it, you will surely find ways to use it. It's a nice sweet sugar, that will become a staple in your kitchen.

After a day filled with yummy meals, it was time to try some real maple candies. First was some hard maple candy, that came wrapped in individual packs. When you pop some of this delicious hard candy in your mouth, you get the wonderful taste of pure maple syrup. It brings you to a nice feeling of being a kid in a candy shop. It melts in your mouth and is so exquisite. It makes a wonderful treat for your candy jar.

The next candy from, Big Tree Maple, is their pure maple sugar candy that is molded as the hard, into maple leaf shapes. A nice semi soft candy that tastes like you held your mouth right over the tap of the tree. You will really enjoy this candy, and if you want you can share it, but it's so good, you want to keep it all to yourself.
