Green's home style pastry Review

 

I am very honored today, to do a review for Green's home style, from Brooklyn NY.

 

I get to review several of their products, many of which are a first for me.

Green's home style started with Mrs. Chana Green, from Hamlin, Hungary. Known for her succulent pastries, strudel and other specialties. Over time her own children learn her knowledge of culinary skills, and start a small basement business. After many years, Green's home style products are known around the entire world. It's amazing that in the Brooklyn bakery, there are over one million babka made a year. However, it's not hard to believe after you taste all the products. From babka to cakes, Green's home style does it all, and does it well.

With so many bakery products to try, I am calling all my helpers, to have a wonderful bakery get together.

First up was a container of, Green's home style mini cupcakes, in chocolate sprinkles, and rainbow sprinkles. In the container is one dozen kosher mini vanilla cupcakes, with yummy sprinkles all over the tops. You know you are about to have a party in your mouth with these festive cupcakes. Any one having a special occasion, this would come in perfectly. Every bite you take is so irresistible. They are moist in every bite you take. The Green's home style, mini cupcakes are baked fresh every day, in a nut free, dairy free kitchen. They are certified kosher, and are truly amazing. Adults and children will love to have these at any get together. The cupcake is just the perfect size and bite, for children.

These bakery specials are not easy to share, you will want them all to your self. But I must and did, and the next bakery confection, was the mini black and white cookies from, Green's home style. I received a package of these mini treasures, that are mini kosher shortbread cookies. One side is dipped in black icing the other side in white icing. They are so dreamy, in every bite, just melts in your mouth. These cookies are renowned as a classic New York cookie. The cookie was so delicious, with just the right texture and flavor of chocolate and vanilla. These cookies are also baked fresh every day, all year round. The chocolate side, is so fidgety tasting, and the vanilla side just burst with vanilla flavor. A nice super soft cookie that are almost cake like. After the first bite you taste why they are classic.

Also from, Green's home style, I got a bag of their cinnamon rugelach, a first for me. Just looking in the bag they looked amazing. And the aroma that came out when I opened it, oh la la. This is a yeast dough pastry, that is filled with a amazing cinnamon filling, to die for. It is heaven in every bite you take. If you look at them they are similar to a mini cinnamon croissant. Made with all natural ingredients, and bursting with flavor, I fell in love with this pastry. This cinnamon rugelach is also baked fresh each day at, Green's home style. It’s a nice buttery and flaky bakery confections, that are cookies great for not only the Holiday's, but to enjoy in the home all year round. Not only do they taste great, they are so pretty at first sight. And served with a steaming hot cup of coco, they are a culinary marriage.

Another first for me was, Green's home style cinnamon babka. Which is the bakery product, Green's home style is famous for. This kosher cinnamon babka is great with a hot cup of coffee, in the morning hours, but also great for any time of day. Serve it up for a treat, or serve on your dessert tray. Everyone will just fall in love with this cinnamon babka, from Green's home style. On the out side to the inside you see the cinnamon swirls. The babka is also made fresh at, Green's home style, each and every day. It is so succulent you have to control your self at one or two slices. The recipe has stayed the same for over a century. The brioche like dough gives you a sweet and cinnamon flavor in every bite you take. Eat it plain, or with butter on top, its amazing. Green's home style makes the cinnamon babka with all natural ingredients, and its not only kosher, but pareve. This truly is a handmade treat, that is heaven on your palate. The texture and the flavor is just mouth watering. Its not hard to see why it is a treasure in New York City. Flavorful and moist, it will be a wonderful treat for you and your family and friends.

Green's home style, also bakes a chocolate babka, that is just as amazing as the cinnamon. This babka is also kosher and pareve, and made with all natural ingredients. Made with the same world charm and irresistible flavor and texture. All through out the chocolate babka, you see and taste the rich chocolate swirls. This babka, from Green's home style is a popular Jewish pastry, that will become a hit in anyone's home. Baked to perfection, it is a party in your mouth. You can eat it cold or warm it up with a pat of butter, for a delicious treat any time of the day. Made fresh every day, with all natural ingredients, it is well known for being the best babka, that will wow all who taste it. Every bite you taste the cake like pastry, that has not changed in its making for over a century. The babka has deep eastern European roots and is a gourmet pastry known today. From the first bite, you will fall in love.

I even received some of, Green's home style chocolate rugelach. Just like, Green's home style cinnamon rugelach, the chocolate is made with the same yeast dough pastry, only filled with sweet chocolate. The filling is just amazing, and the dough so buttery and flaky. You can eat this as a breakfast treat, or as dessert served with some ice cream. However you choose, you mouth will scream for more. The mini chocolate rugelach is perfect to serve for the Holidays or any special occasion. The mini chocolate rugelach is also kosher and made fresh at Green's home style each and every day. Green's home style, mini chocolate rugelach is the amazing fusion of a croissant or Danish, in the perfect size. The texture is soft, and the chocolate has a amazing taste. Not overly sweet, just a perfect meld of natural ingredients. The only problem is all these products can be addictive, lol!

The last bakery product from, Green's home style is their chocolate buns. It was sad to come to a culinary end tasting the products, but they were delicious to the last one. These bakery gems from, Green's home style are also kosher treasures. They are a chocolate filled pastry, with the richest most delicious chocolate. They can be served at any special event or occasion. But you can enjoy them as a treat any time of day, in your home. Serve with a nice hot cup of coffee or tea, and it's even more special. It is just the most amazing sweet chocolaty dessert. Perfect for any chocolate lover, that's for sure. A nice soft dough that is filled with swirls of chocolate, and a nice rich chocolate drizzle all over the top. Just looking at them, invites you in for a bite.
