Just Bagels from Da Bronx Review

 

Just Bagels from Da Bronx, they are everywhere, and today they are in my own kitchen.

This bagel company started back in 1992 and is now know worldwide. It's hard to believe they started as a small retail bagel store in Bronx, NY. Years later they can be found in many places we all go to today, such as food markets, the Hilton, college campuses, and so many more. Not just here, all over the world. That just tells you how good they are.

Just Bagels, are not just for breakfast, but for any meal, and anything you can create with them. They are a yummy old fashion, New York bagel that is only made using all natural ingredients. That means they are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

Just Bagels, is the ultimate bagel experience, the one that your palate will remember, long after you have finished it. These bagels from, Just Bagels are water bagels, that come in a variety of flavors.

To taste the bagels, I have been honored to review, I had a breakfast bar, and made some great dish's using the bagels.

 

Let me share with you now, what I made!

The first bag of bagels was, Just Bagels, energy multigrain. These are kettle boiled, ring shaped bagels, with grains and raisins you get in every bite. Made with all natural ingredients, they are easy to make. Keeping it healthy, I made a wonderful egg and avocado breakfast sandwich with halves of the energy multigrain bagel. It was so delicious. The outside is has a nice crunch, and the inside stays nice and chewy. Easy to make, by letting the bagels sit at room temp, for thirty minutes. You can eat them, this way or toast them. To bake you cook in a oven that has preheated at a temp of 425 to 500 degrees. This is if they are frozen, then cooked for 5 to 7 minutes. Make sure you let them cool before eating. If the microwave is how you want to go, you wrap your frozen bagel in a paper towel and microwave for 20 to 30 seconds and toast. All the bagels from, Just Bagels are, kosher pareve and halal. They are gmo free, and contain nothing artificial, or have no preservatives.

Everyone is really enjoying this breakfast today, and the next sandwich was with, Just Bagel, cinnamon raisin. For that I took some smoked sausage and bacon and egg and piled it high between, the toasted, Just Bagel, cinnamon raisin. Even toasted the bagel is soft on the inside with a nice chew. The, Just Bagel, cinnamon raisin is made the same way, and has a ton of cinnamon and caramel swirls through out it. And the raisins are just as plentiful. It's wonderful that you can have these fresh bagels in your home and they taste just like you picked them up at the bakery fresh.

Eggs benedict, was the next breakfast sandwich, and was made on a toasted, Just Bagel, plain flavor. Again as with all the, Just Bagels, the plain is made the same way. This kettle boiled bagel, baked or toasted, comes out with a yummy inviting golden crust. The bite is nice and soft on the inside, with a nice crunch on the outside. And even when you cut into it, its just perfect. Doesn't have a hard pull to it at all when your biting into it. What's also great is the size of all these bagels, they are huge, and that makes them even more fantastic to top or make sandwich's with. For a frozen bagel, you can not beat, Just Bagels from Da Bronx.

The last bag from, Just Bagels, was their whole wheat. And for that I took and opened them, to make a breakfast sandwich of, smoked salmon, with herb cream cheese, slices red onion and thinly sliced lemon. Out of this world sandwich made on the perfect bagel. Bake it or toast it, you end up with a wonderful golden brown bagel, with coarse bran flakes, soft on the inside, nice crust on the outside. This bagel as all the bagels from, Just Bagels, is by far the most authentic bagels I have yet to taste. They hold up to anything you put on them or inside them. They are so versatile and worthy of anything you can create using them.
