When a product has a story and a history, you know it's got to be great. And today I got to cook with such products.

Olive oil that was sent over from Atlas Olive Oils!

For more than a century, passion and commitment to agriculture have defined the Aqallal Family's heritage, which began in the ancient city of Fès, Morocco's historical capital and spiritual capital. Our family is well-known for its dedication to agricultural development and improvement, as well as a traditional olive-growing history. Boujida Aqallal, an ancestor of numerous generations of oliverons, was called “Amine El-Fellaha” in the area of Fès at the end of the 19th century, which is an honorary title meaning “The wisest of the Farmers” in recognition of his tremendous soil experiment, wisdom, and devotion.

From breakfast to dessert I used these great olive oils in my dish's.

Now let me share with you what I created.

For breakfast, I made a Chile and olive oil fried egg with avocado and sprouts. The, Atlas olive oil I used for the dish was from the bottle of extra virgin Atlas, 750ml. This is a organic cold press extra virgin olive oil. Rich in polyphenol from Morocco. It is newly harvested and unprocessed from one single family farm. This Atlas olive oil is top rated by Michelin star chefs, as all the products are. It is a very high quality cold pressed Moroccan olive oil that is beautiful in color and taste. You can taste the love that goes into this olive oil, and all that was sent over. You taste the detail of the production process and savor it in every bite you take. It truly is a international gourmet olive oil. The aroma is so delicate, and the taste is a gourmet delight on your palate. Atlas olive oil is free from any added chemicals, and also free from destructive ingredients. My breakfast was very refined as if created by a five star chef.

Lunch was next and as a starter, I made a nice fresh cherry tomato and mozzarella cheese salad, drizzled with Atlas extra virgin olive oil Desert Miracle 500ml. The bottle of this Atlas olive oil is as stunning as the olive oil inside. Another cold pressed olive oil that is high in polyphenols. It is a gold medal award winner, by the best master chefs from the world. It is a nice ultra premium organic evoo from Morocco. This Atlas olive oil is a golden nectar, and taste so wonderful with its unique taste. The Atlas Olive Oils, really know the art of olive oil. The bottle disperses the olive oil in little drips and drops so its makes it easy as a drizzle on salads. The taste is very smooth on the palate, and very refined. There is no bitterness at all.

After the salad, I served a nice butter flied chicken dish, with herbs, green olives and drizzled in olive oil, Atlas Les Terroirs De Marrakech 500ml. The bottle of Atlas Les Terroirs De Marrakech is so stunning. It is a extra virgin olive oil that just made my dish, amazing. This Moroccan olive oil is smooth on the palate with a delectable taste. The taste has a very fresh sweetness to it, and is great for all types of cooking. Baking and even desserts. It is also organic as all the olive oils are. The bottle is so stunning you can serve it on any table with your meal for a extra drizzle. A true superior olive oil, that prestigious chefs choose, and now you can.
