Cuevas Coffee Roasters Review

 

 

I love coffee, its on in my house all day. And today I am even more excited to try a two special blends sent over by Cuevas Coffee Roasters.

Cuevas Coffee Roasters has been making and specializing in direct and fair trade coffee. This gives you the chance to taste plant to cup brews. The company is eco friendly and organic and has been dedicated since 2007.

Cuevas has a great relationship with farmers from around the world, who help end global poverty. Proceeds from each bag of Cuevas goes back into the community in which the coffee was grown. This provides that community with clean drinking and running water. And other improvements as well!

With that being said let me tell you about my day, and Cuevas Coffee Roasters blends.

Of course there is no better way to start your day, then with a good brew of coffee. And the first pot of the morning was, O.G Cuevas specialty blend. It is Colombia, Guatemala, Tanzania whole beans, with a wonderful bold, yet smooth taste. The three whole beans brings a perfect balance of taste. I love whole bean coffee, it gives me the opportunity to grind it to the coarseness I desire. This blend pays homage to the original gangstas of Cuevas coffee. It is a signature blend, with those mixture of coffee beans, from three countries. The aroma is amazing, and the taste has a nice mild acidity with a fresh taste on your palate. I can see why this is one of Cuevas Coffee Roasters favorite blends.

For lunch, it was a cup of coffee that was grinded, of Cuevas Coffee Roasters Single Origin Tanzania NKG. A bright and very smooth blend. This tasty coffee beans come from Cuevas partner Neumann Kaffee Gruppe. This is located in Mbeya, Mbozi Africa and is one hundred percent Arabica. It has a amazing aroma when brewing, and is a fresh bright coffee. The hint of flavors you taste are notes of tangerine and black tea. It’s a very special medium roast coffee with unique flavor, that you can enjoy any time of the day.

For dinner I prepared a flank steak and made a coffee marinade with, Cuevas CoffeeRoasters Single Origin Tanzania NKG. It was just amazing and gave the flank steak a really delicious flavor all through out. Each bite was so rich and robust, and the marinade made the flank steak extra tender.

For dessert, I used Cuevas Coffee Roasters O.G Cuevas for a delicate dessert of coffee mousse. Just to show you that coffee is just not for the "brewer". You can create so many delicious recipes with coffee.
