Breakfast was the first pot of Peacemaker Coffee Co. brewed. The aroma of the 2nd Amendment, medium roast, was amazing. It will truly draw you in and wake your taste buds up. The 2nd Amendment medium organic roast has a wonderful milk chocolate, granola raisin flavor, with a body that is medium. The acidity level is mild, with a intense roast. It really wakes your taste buds up! The 2nd Amendment comes in either whole bean to grind yourself, or ground already. No matter how you choose it you will not be disappointed in the taste. The inspiration behind this blend is inspired by Italian coffee, and can be brewed many ways. As a breakfast coffee, with some buttered breads, it was the perfect match. The flavor will just dance on your palate.
Lunch was the next pot brewed and was paired with a nice bagel guillotine sandwich. Every sip you take is a gourmet experience. Your palate will be so delighted!
