Integrity Food Group Review

 

There's nothing like a relaxed evening, with a movie and a yummy snack. And tonight my family and I get to try out two new snacks, sent over from, Integrity Food Group.  

Helen and Jeff Bateman are the driving force behind these yummy snacks, in which they get their names from three granddaughters. And now of age, the three ladies get to be apart of a three generation company and creating some really yummy snacks.

The first snack we all enjoyed was, Traditional Cheese Straws, from Integrity Foods. This is the Savannah Grace southern snack traditional. Along with some smoked salmon dip. The cheddar cheese straws are so light and airy, and just a luscious pastry. Paired with a nice smoked salmon dip, it was a marriage made on culinary heaven. If you’re a cheese lover, you will fall for these straws, from Integrity Foods. And scooping up some dip with them was even more special. They held up very well, and added the cheese flavor to the dip. These cheddar cheese straws are great as a snack, or serving as a treat at your next gathering.

Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Dip

 

A tip to Make Salmon Dip

Check that the cream cheese is at room temperature.

Cream cheese should be soft and creamy.

Cut the smoked salmon into tiny pieces.

Combine salmon with cream cheese.

Fold in gently.

Place the dip in a serving basin, cover, and chill until required.

Allow it rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the dip to spread.

 

All you need is 8oz of cream cheese and 4ozs of smoked salmon, and Integrity Foods, traditional cheese straw snacks.

 

 

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese. Blend by hand or with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Cover and refrigerate if making ahead of time.

At room temperature, serve, with your, Integrity Foods cheese straw snacks, traditional Savannah Grace.

Trust me when I tell you, these cheese straw snacks and this dip, is divine.

Next snack from, Integrity Foods, was their savory snack mix. It was really yummy, with nice cold drinks. This snack is the Chelsea's savory snack mix that has a blend of Savannah Grace Traditional cheese straws, pretzels and seasoned bagel chips. It’s a nice baked snack that every one can enjoy. Serve it alone or with some mustard or a dip. It makes a perfect snack to end a evening.

I must warn you, these two snacks are very hard to put down!
