1. Gather clean tools, dishes, and utensils for your workplace. Also, have a trashcan within arm's reach at all times.

2. To make an egg wash, combine a large egg and one tablespoon of water in a mixing bowl until smooth. Apply like glue to seal pastries, then brush on top for a glossy finish.

3. Tomatoes can be easily peeled! Simmer in a kettle of boiling water for 15 to 30 seconds after cutting an X in the top. When you cool down, the skin will slip straight off.
