KickerFeast Pancake and Waffle Mix Review

What an amazing breakfast buffet I was able to create today, using, pancake mix from, KickerFeast. The company was founded and is owned by Carol Ann, from Jersey City, NJ.

All the pancake mixes are made with fruit or veggies. In fact, it started when early one Saturday morning juicing carrots and encouraged her 9-year-old son to sip some of the juice. It was then that an idea popped into her head, and from that, delicious healthy pancake mixes were created. Not only are they fun to eat, but fun to look at with their bright and cheery colors. The fruit and vegetable-based pancakes provide a natural color, a natural, more intense taste, and a healthy, delightful alternative to a plain pancake. Kicker Feast takes on their culture and diversity with these natural flavored and exotic pancake mixes.

Bright and colorful blueberry pancakes were made first with, KickerFeast pancake and waffle mix. Toppings were fresh blueberries and homemade peanut butter syrup and tiny white chocolate chips.

Ingredients

1 cup skim milk

1 cup white sugar

½ cup natural peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, sugar, and peanut butter; bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.

The color of the pancakes when you make them is so very vibrant. You just can't wait to dive in for the first bite. Every mix including this from, KickerFeast is so easy to make to. With some water and the mix you just whisk away. After a brief rest, you are ready to pour, cook and eat. When you are done making them, you pick your toppings and watch everyone's face's as they enjoy!

Moving on was some KickerFeast pumpkin waffles topped with homemade whip cream and walnuts. KickerFeast's pumpkin pancake and waffle mix are prepared with 100 percent pumpkin powder, giving it a rich, brilliant pumpkin color and an earthy pumpkin taste. You just simply add water to the batter to get a real pumpkin pancake or waffle. It's a nice fall feeling breakfast that we all enjoyed, and can do so no matter the season.

Now crepe's were made as well, using KickerFeast pancake and waffle mix, carrot. And to top them a nice sunny side up egg, tomato, and basil. I was really excited to try this mix, after all, it was the original flavor that started KickerFeast on their way. The orange color is very inviting to get tasting. And the unique flavor leaves you craving more. What's nice is the kids see the vibrant colors and can't wait to dig in, not even knowing how healthy they are eating.

The last pancake and waffle mix from KickerFeast was their beet pancake and waffle mix. Toppings of banana and walnuts make this one a hit. The first-ever time any of us in the family had beet pancakes. Now don't wrinkle your nose, they were amazing. The flavor is unique and very flavorful. And when you serve them, everyone is stunned by their vibrant color. This mix is made with actual beet, which gives it not only color but flavor.

You must try these products from KickerFeast, adults, and kids will love them.
