Sweeties Homemade Ice Cream & Sweets Review

 

Sweeties Homemade Ice Cream & Sweets is a little store in Georgetown's Historic Seaport.  Their structure dates from 1870, that is a modest, charming establishment where they make some delectable candy. Inside a 20-quart steam jacket kettle, they produce pralines, fudge, and caramel. On a single hot plate, the toffees and brittles are prepared. 

Skip and Cindy bought Sweeties in 2006. They were looking for a job on the coast that would cover their own costs while they ran a non-profit animal sanctuary. Sweeties continue to make delicious delicacies even though the rescue ended in 2019.

Sweeties Sweets sent me three very full boxes of some of their best confections, like pralines, coco bombs, bunny lolly's and so much more.

Sweet delights, pralines, chocolates, fudge, brittle, and homemade ice cream are just a few of the delicacies available at the shop.

Brittle from Sweeties is handcrafted in tiny amounts with plenty of butter, sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla. The nuts are heated and stirred until just perfect before being emptied out and distributed to the desired thickness. Sweeties Original Pecan Pralines are created entirely by hand. Sugar, butter, sugar, cream, sugar, molasses, sugar, vanilla, and toasted pecan bits all are natural ingredients always. This is what makes Sweeties' confections so special.

 

Sweeties' chocolate masterpieces are handcrafted from milk, dark, white, and sometimes a combination of the three. Many chocolate connoisseurs adore them, just like my family and I did. They have persuaded numerous milk chocolate fans to Sweeties dark chocolate seeing as it's rich and smooth, not bitter. Sweeties offer delectable chocolates in a variety of forms and colors, as well as collections ranging from basic alligators, turtles, lollypops, and seashells to even lolly's shaped like an Easter bunny.

Sweeties also produce festive collections such as Valentines, Christmas, Halloween, and Easter. Sweeties provide a gorgeous and one-of-a-kind variety of Christmas-themed confections to make your holiday as, one-of-a-kind, as their confections. Easter is among the most popular themes at Sweeties. They have a variety of sweets suitable for baskets, or a buffet spread. Rich butter toffee from Sweeties is topped with nuts, fruit, chocolate, or any of the above. From the Salty-n-Sweet Pecan Toffee to the Rich Cranberry-Almond, you'll enjoy the variety of tastes and characteristics. Toffees can be sprinkled with chocolate or totally coated with chocolate. And if that's not enough, Sweeties offers gift boxes and sampler boxes.

Sugar-Free, Sweeties has that covered too. Sweetie makes sugar-free chocolate-covered almonds, pretzels, sugar-free Oreos, and other treats. They provide sugar-free dark and white chocolate. This way no one is left out!
