Unique yellow chicken for dinner tonight

 


This dish's yellow color comes from skinned chicken breasts topped with bacon and a mustard glaze. It's quick and delicious, and everyone will want the recipe.

 

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon dry mustard powder

1 clove garlic, minced

4 skinless, bone-in chicken breast halves

4 slices bacon, cut in half

 

Heat the oven to 350°F.

Combine the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, turmeric, mustard, and garlic in a mixing bowl.

Place the chicken breast halves in a medium baking dish and top with 2 bacon halves each. Apply the glaze using a brush.

Bake for 45 minutes, covered, in a preheated oven. Remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the chicken juices run clear.
