Roasted Fruit

 



 This simple Roasted Fruit Recipe is a delicious dessert or snack that can be presented alone or as a cake or ice cream topping.

 

Ingredients

 4 peaches, peeled and sliced

 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

 3 tablespoons brown sugar

 

Directions

Heat the oven to 350°F.

In a baking dish, layer sliced peaches and blueberries. Cinnamon and brown sugar are sprinkled on top.

Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about twenty minutes. then reduce to a low broil and broil for about 5 minutes, or until bubbling.

Serve warm, or cool, cover, and chill.
