Blueberry Kiwi Slushies




  Kiwi Blueberry Slushies. These nutritious Blueberry Kiwi Slushies are tasty and simple to create, making them cool and delicious.

 

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE KIWI LAYER

10 to 12 kiwis, peeled, diced, and frozen

2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 cup water

 

FOR THE BLUEBERRIES LAYER

2 cups frozen blueberries

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons water

Regarding the Kiwi Layer

In a food processor OR blender, incorporate all ingredients; process on high speed till the mixture forms a stiff slush. To get the right consistency, you might need to add a little more water; if so, add one teaspoon at a time.

Pour the mixture into each of the four cups, filling them halfway. Put aside. Regarding the blueberry layer

In a food processor OR blender, incorporate all ingredients; process on high speed till the mixture forms a stiff slush. 

Top with remaining kiwi mixture, filling cups to the brim.

Assist.
