Ingredients:4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
