Zucchini Noodle Stir-Fry Delight

 



Ingredients:

 

2 medium zucchinis

1 red bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

1 small onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon of soy sauce

1 teaspoon of sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: protein of your choice (tofu, chicken, shrimp)

Instructions:

 

Spiralize the zucchinis to create zucchini noodles.

Chop the bell peppers, onion, and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped vegetables and garlic to the pan and sauté until tender.

Add the zucchini noodles to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until they are heated through.

Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

If using protein, add it to the stir-fry and cook until fully cooked.

Serve hot and enjoy your carb-free dinner!
