I
got the cutest surprise today from the company DecoCookies, from Huixquilucan,
Estado de Mexico. The founder, Chef Eliana Campos Berry, had a passion from a
very young age. She loved decorating cookies and she wanted to share the
happiness she felt when she made cookies with the people around her. She worked
hard and attempted a number of different recipes while looking for the most
tasty cookie she could decorate with gorgeous designs.
Even
the box that the cookies come in is so cute. And when you open it you are
shocked to see the size of these gorgeous cookies, each cookie is 2.12 oz's.
The cut, and the way they are decorated in such detail is stunning.
The
box had 16 cookies from DecoCookies, and it was from their Unicorn collection.
Each cookie is a decorated butter cookie, with yummy frosting, and pretty
embellishments. Every cookie is in it's own wrapper as well. This is a great
idea, that way it stays safe and protected.
The
homemade cookies are made with real butter, and is semi sweet. Being so big,
one was plenty for me. The collection features a doughnut shape cookie, with
frosting and Jimmie embellishments, two Unicorn cookies with cute frosting for
the hair and eyes, and then a cupcake shaped cookie with frosting and Jimmie
embellishments. Even the colors are bright and colorful. All together there are four cookies of each design. Any kid
would love to get these, for a birthday, as a snack, any occasion at all!
When
you bite into the cookie it is soft and sweet. A very nice flavor that takes
you back to being a child. You definitely get a big smile, when taking them out
of the box and seeing how pretty they are.
DecoCookies
does many themed cookies, that are great for themed parties of any kind. Even
seasonal cookies for football games. The collections come in Disney Classics,
Seasonal, Everyday, and Celebrate. From Toy Story four to Classics like Mickey
Mouse, DecoCookies makes them all. The detail on top of these yummy cookies, is
so perfect, you feel bad for biting into them.
The

kits. And the best part, there is a video on the website to show you how to put your cookie together. The kit comes with everything you need to decorate the shaped cookie,
your self. There are several themes for the kit, Unicorn, flower, dinosaur,
emotion, soccer, and football. These would make a perfect fun activity for a
birthday party, or just have some great time with your little girl or boy. They
will get a kick out of making the tops of their own cookies, and then eating
them.
