Now I am very excited to tell you what I made for my meals today!

Lunch, was roasted chicken salad with, Cox's Farm Stand, jalapeno honey mustard as the dressing, drizzled all over. The ingredients are pure, natural and simple, like vinegar, sugar, jalapenos, honey, mustard seed, salt, turmeric, and spices. The color is as vibrant as the flavor. And the heat from the jalapenos is perfect, nothing over killing your throat. It was perfect as a salad dressing, but as a versatile product, it would be fantastic as a glaze for chicken, or as a condiment.

Dinner was just as exciting. With two appy's and a main dish, Cox's Farm Stand products helped my meals stand out.

The first appy I made with Cox's Farm Stand, medium peach salsa. And that was served on top of crostini bread, topped with fresh basil. The blend was perfect, not to chucky, but not to thin. Right through the jar you see all the fine fresh ingredients. Such as the diced tomato's, peach's, onions, jalapeno's, sugar, tomato paste, vinegar, citric acid and spices. Again the heat was well balanced with the sweet. Being a tomato based salsa with fruit, it went very well as a appetizer. You can serve it with chips, or even add it to soup, anyway you try it, it's going to be a party in your mouth.

The next appetizer, was a dip, with Cox's Farm Stand Vidalia onion relish and cheese. Served with homemade crackers. The onion just looking at you through the jar, makes your mouth water. Inside waiting for you is sweet Vidalia onions, sugar, vinegar, red peppers, salt and spices. Every bite of the dip you taste those famous Vidalia onions, know for their great taste and sweetness. You could eat the Vidalia onion relish right from the jar, use it for a hot dog condiment or add it as a ingredient to replace onions in a recipe. A very versatile product!

The main course, was ribs and baked beans with Cox's Farm Stand, peach bourbon bbq sauce. Who wouldn't love fruit and bourbon bbq sauce, and on pork ribs, it was a marriage made in the oven. The bbq sauce is made with tomato paste, sugar, peaches, vinegar, soybean oil, molasses, salt, black pepper, mustard seed onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, spices and other natural flavors, with a caramel color. Before and after cooking the ribs, they were coated in Cox's peach bourbon bbq sauce. Also the rest of the jar went into some baked beans. The bbq sauce gave the ribs and the beans, all the flavor. You get a perfect balance of sweet heat, and it makes you want to come back for more. The flavor of the bbq sauce went all the way to the bone, making the ribs, lip smacking good.

To end a great day, I made some thumbprint cookies filled with, Cox's Farm Stand raspberry jalapeno jam. Again a nice sweet and heat recipe. All through the jam you see the raspberry seeds, giving the look of the cookie a sophisticated look. The things you could do with this raspberry jalapeno jam is endless. You can use it for a glaze, for baking, on toast, and on and on. The jam is made with sugar, red raspberries, jalapeno's, lemon juice and pectin. It's all natural and fresh, down to the last bite.
