Omega Bun Product Review

Today I got to make some delicious sandwich's with products sent over from, Omega Bun. The mother daughter team, are based in Circleville, Ohio. The products are made in small batch's to ensure freshness and quality.

The organic bread products are naturally gluten free, soy free, starch free, nut free and made with nothing but all natural ingredients eliminating grains and sugars. The buns from,
Omega Buns are made with a flaxseed based alternative to bread. This makes them low carb buns, and certified organic.

I was really excited to make lunch with, Omega Bun, sesame seed flaxseed buns. In total they are only one net carbs, dairy free, gluten free and nut free. The package comes with four yummy buns, that are very fresh.

First sandwich up, I made a nice turkey sandwich, on the sesame seed bun, with lettuce and tomato. I didn't toast the bun, I wanted a fresh bite right from the package. The, Omega Bun, was super soft with a nice texture and chew. These buns are great for what ever diet you are on, even if you are diabetic. They hold up wonderful to what ever you place on them, not getting soggy at all. A true one of a kind organic bun, that is a amazing source of protein, fiber and your omega three's. There is no preservatives or artificial ingredients at all, and you keep them in the fridge or freezer. Not only are the sesame seed buns delicious, you can eat them feeling guilt free.

For a second sandwich, I made a baked burger, and once again used the Omega Bun, sesame seed bun. The bun has a very nice softness to it, and when toasted for my sandwich still had a amazing texture. The tops have a ton of sesame seeds, that you get in every bite you take. The texture was perfect and really held the hamburger sandwich with no problem. You now can eat a healthy bun sandwich, with Omega Bun. The ingredients for the buns are all natural and include: organic cage free eggs, organic golden flaxseed meal, water, organic vinegar, organic psyllium, baking soda, organic chia powder, cream of tartar, pink Himalayan salt, organic stevia leaf extract.

After eating I decided to make some banana muffins with nut topping, using Omega Bun banana muffin mix. This mix has all the same qualities as the buns. The muffin mix, has a amazing banana flavor, keto and low carb friendly. Very easy to make, and you yield twelve, from one package. You can even add a fresh banana for added flavor if you wish. I didn't and the mix still had a wonderful flavor. Any diet you may be on, this muffin mix from, Omega Bun can be eaten. And because they are sugar free, diabetics can enjoy a delicious treat. There is no preservatives or artificial ingredients at all. The ingredients are:  Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal, Monk Fruit Sweetener (Erythritol, Monkfruit Extract), Organic Psyllium, Organic Stevia Blend (Organic Erythritol, Organic Reb A (Stevia Extract), Natural Flavor), Collagen (Bovine), Organic Ground Chia Seed, Baking Soda, Natural Banana Flavor, Cream of Tartar, Pink Himalayan Salt, Cinnamon. Omega Banana muffins are a tasty and healthy treat, you will really enjoy.
