With the warm weather today, I decided to make some light and refreshing dish's. And for the flavor, I am using two products sent over from, Village Eatinghouse. Located in Central PA, these versatile sauces will be the star ingredients for my dish's.

Village Eatinghouse, products are handcrafted sauces, that are made in small batches, not only to ensure freshness, but to ensure quality. The kitchen sauces from, Village Eatinghouse, are made with all natural ingredients, are gluten free, dairy free, vegan, with no msg, or high fructose corn syrup. This makes them dietary friendly for everyone. They are not only stunning to look at through the bottle, but add a depth of flavor to your dish's, that takes the taste to another dimension.

Clay and Melanie, are the crafters, behind these yummy sauces. They are in high demand, and after you taste them, you will demand them as well. From salad dressing, to marinades, to sauces, Village Eatinghouse, crafts them all.

The Village Eatinghouse kitchen sauces are great for just about any dish you are cooking. You can add them to everything from fruit, to pasta, it's all up to you!

With that being said, let me share with you, my light and refreshing dinner, that I created, using, Village Eatinghouse seasonal offering sauces.

To being our meal, I made a mixed fruit salad, and topped it with, Village Eatinghouse, mango peach poppy seed sauce. It is great for a dressing, or even a marinade. This kitchen sauce, is a nice creamy mix after you shake the bottle really well. After shaking you can see all the whole poppy seeds floating about, a delicious creamy sauce. The taste is a nice balance between sweet and sour. Sweet from the mango and peach extract, and the sour from the apple cider vinegar. There is even dried mango in the sauce, along with other natural flavorings. It’s a nice dressing for a fruit salad, but would also make a wonderful marinade. The Village Eatinghouse, mango peach poppy seed sauce, brought a nice refreshing taste to the mixed fruit salad for sure. From the first bite to the last, you taste the love, that went into crafting, the Village Eatinghouse products.

For my light and refreshing side dish, I made a nice roasted squash melody, and tossed it before and after with some, Village Eatinghouse, sweet and sour Italian sauce, made with apple cider vinegar. Again, this sauce is made in small batches, and made with love! A nice handcrafted, sauce that is very versatile. You can use it for a dip, a dressing, even a nice marinade for baked fish. After you shake it well, all the natural ingredients can be seen right through the jar. Ingredients such as celery seed, oregano, black pepper, apple cider vinegar, and other all natural ingredients. There is nothing artificial and there are no preservatives. Just a delicious, mouthwatering kitchen sauce, that has all the flavor you need, to create wonderful tasting dish's. The sweet and sour Italian sauce, gave me all the flavor for my side dish, I needed nothing more to add.

For the main dish of the evening, I went bake to the, Village Eatinghouse, mango peach poppy seed sauce, and used that to top some roasted chicken breast when it was done. It was the perfect ingredient for my dish, and made a wonderful glaze. Each bite, you got a nice fruity taste, and a bit of sour from the apple cider vinegar. A nice refreshing dish, that was light and easy to make. No other ingredient was needed for flavor, all I needed came from the jar.
