Halloween Meringue Cookies

 


 320gr Sugar 200gr Egg Whites Swiss Meringue

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon of salt

 

Create whatever shapes you desire! We created: small ghosts

Miniature flying ghosts

Mummies in miniature

 

To paint their faces, you might use melted chocolate or edible markers.

 

The meringue must be baked until it reaches a temperature of 55 C - 130 F. You might use your finger to feel a "heat nearly too hot to touch."
