Steak Marinade

A great steak marinade can elevate your steak from good to fantastic by adding flavor and tenderness. Here’s a classic recipe for a steak marinade that you can try:

Ingredients:

cup soy sauce

¼ cup lemon juice

½ cup olive oil

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, black pepper, salt, and onion powder.

Place your steaks in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.

Pour the marinade over the steaks, making sure they are well coated.

Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

When ready to cook, remove the steaks from the marinade and let them come to room temperature for about 20 minutes.

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steaks to your desired level of doneness.

Remember to discard any leftover marinade that has been in contact with raw meat. This marinade works well with various cuts of beef and can be used for grilling, broiling, or sautéing. Enjoy your flavorful and tender steak! 😊🥩
