Cookie Dough Brownie Cake Pops

 




 These delicious and easy-to-make cookie dough brownie cake pops are the perfect treat for any occasion. They are made with a combination of brownie mix and cookie dough, and they are dipped in chocolate and topped with sprinkles.

 

Ingredients:

 

1 (18.25 ounce) box brownie mix

1 (16.5 ounces) package of refrigerated cookie dough

1 (16 ounce) container frosting

1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup sprinkles

Instructions:

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let cool completely.

Crumble the cooled brownies into a large bowl.

Add the cookie dough and frosting to the bowl.

Mix until well combined.

Roll the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Insert a lollipop stick into each ball.

Freeze for 30 minutes.

Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and smooth.

Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, tapping off any excess.

Roll the cake pop in sprinkles.

Place the cake pops on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.

Freeze for 15 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Tips:

 

You can use any flavor of cookie dough that you like.

You can also use different colors of sprinkles.

If you don't have lollipop sticks, you can use toothpicks.

These cake pops can be made ahead of time and frozen.
