Ingredients:
1 (10-pound) fully cooked ham, bone-in or
boneless
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Score the ham in a crosshatch pattern.
In a small bowl, combine the honey, brown sugar,
Dijon mustard, cloves, cinnamon, and ginger.
Place the ham in a roasting pan.
Spread the glaze over the ham.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through.
Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Tips:
You can use any type of honey you like.
