Crock-Pot Bacon Buffalo Cauliflower

Are you hunting for a fresh and fascinating method to incorporate more veggies into your diet? The Crock Pot Buffalo Bacon Cauliflower is a quick and easy vegetable side dish that is bursting with taste! I appreciate that it's a low-carb alternative that also works great for meal prep!

Ingredients

24 ounces frozen cauliflower

4 ounces cream cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup hot sauce

1/4 cup ranch dressing

2.5 ounces bacon bits

3 green onions sliced

Instructions

Prepare a crock pot butter or cooking spray or line it with a nonstick liner.

Fill a 4.5-quart slow cooker halfway with cauliflower. Spread half of the cream cheese in thin strips over the cauliflower.

Combine buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, and bacon in a mixing bowl.

Half of the sauce mixture should be spread over the cauliflower.

Layer the remaining cauliflower, cream cheese, and sauce on top.

Cooking for 3.5 to 4.5 hours on low heat. While cooking, stir once or twice.

Before serving, top with green onions.
