Ingredients
24 ounces frozen cauliflower
4 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2.5 ounces bacon bits
3 green onions sliced
Instructions
Prepare a crock pot butter or
cooking spray or line it with a nonstick liner.
Fill a 4.5-quart slow cooker
halfway with cauliflower. Spread half of the cream cheese in thin strips over
the cauliflower.
Combine buffalo sauce, ranch
dressing, garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, and bacon in a mixing bowl.
Half of the sauce mixture
should be spread over the cauliflower.
Layer the remaining
cauliflower, cream cheese, and sauce on top.
Cooking for 3.5 to 4.5 hours
on low heat. While cooking, stir once or twice.
Before serving, top with
green onions.
