A refreshing salad any
time of the year!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup canola, vegetable, grape seed, or a light olive oil
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
8 to 10 cups of assorted fresh fruit
Shake the first four ingredients in a container. Shake
vigorously until it begins to thicken. Toss the dressing with the fresh fruit
right before serving. You may not require the entire amount of dressing. The
extra dressing may be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
