Hydration Station: Refreshing Watermelon Mint Cooler
Forget sugary sodas! This refreshing cooler is packed with
electrolytes and natural sweetness.Yields: Approximately 6 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Juice of 2 limes
Sparkling water or plain water
Ice
Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions:
Combine the watermelon and mint leaves in a blender. Blend
until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any
pulp.
Stir in the lime juice.
To serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the watermelon
mixture about halfway. Top with sparkling water or plain water.
Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs.
