One of my favorite pizza places to eat is Special pizza city. The guy's are always friendly. My favorite is the chicken salad. No I don't mean the kind with mayo. It's a salad with what taste like roasted chicken on top. I always eat mine with a side of their wing sauce. The place is always busy, but plenty of seats. You can get a fountain drink or bottle drink from the cooler. It is counter service, they call your name when you found is ready. You can pay when you order, or pay before you leave. They have two TVs you can watch, one in the front of the restaurant, one in the back. The food is always fresh tasting, and very good. The portions are large, the price's very reasonable. They have a very wide variety of pizza to choose from. And a large array of other menu items, from salads to full meals. Another favorite is the honey mustard chicken pizza, delicious. Since we have a college close by this is a great place for them due to the reasonable price's. They also have a board with specials on it, that may even come with fries, and a soda. They also have delivery, you can call or fax your order in. You can also call or fax your order ahead of time to pick up. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Clean in appearance also.

Kings and Queens Product Review

This afternoon, I received several soaps and lip balm from a company called: kingsandqueensproducts. They we're very kind to send a bath ball, two lip balms, and two different types of soaps.

For testing I will enlist all the girls in the family! 

First bath went to my youngest daughter. She used the ball of aromatherapy soap, "memories". She was very pleased with the way it foamed, and smelled on her skin. Afterwards she said how soft her skin felt, and had no left over residue. This is a soap made with coconut oil, grape seed oil, olive oil, and other all natural ingredients. The soap wrapped and unwrapped, had a very floral lavender scent to it. This lingers on the skin for some time. 

Next up my oldest daughter used the soap Frozen Sunset, white pear tea fragrance. The bar of soap was also made with natural oils, and other natural ingredients. My daughter enjoyed her shower, and said it did not leave her skin feeling dry, like others soaps. This scent is best described as, green tea and pear. The scent also was not overpowering, very delicate. The scent also lingered on her for a some time. She was very pleased with the soap. 

Now for my shower, I will be using the sweet dream soap, with a ylang-ylang scent. As with the other soaps, the bar was made with all natural ingredients with the scent of the ylang-ylang. A very beautiful fruity floral scent. You get a hint of jasmine, banana, and it is perfectly balanced. My skin was soft, and felt very clean. No residue left behind from the soap. 

For the lip balm, I enlisted my son in law, who often has very dry lips. The lip balm, from Kings and Queens Products, is made with beeswax, coconut oil, grape seed oil, flavoring and essential oils. The scent was that of vanilla, and went on smoothly, leaving his lips feeling refreshed. It stayed on for about a hour, and said his lips felt very soft.

Knowing your Steak Cut

There are many criteria that should be considering while choosing your steak cut; one of them is the origin of the steak (e.g. Brazilian beef, Australian beef, or the so called "Local" beef here in UAE). Again, choosing a steak of a certain origin is subject to personal taste.

The type of steak cut is the main contributor to achieve a satisfactory experience wen grilling steak at home. Depending on the amount of fat and the way it is distributed, the steak cut will have a varying tenderness and special flavor. There are four common types of steak cut in any steakhouse menu.

Tenderloin
Often referred as "Filet mignon", it is the most expansive cut of steak, for its mild taste and least amount of fat included. It is my favorite choice.

New York Strip
Often referred as "top sirloin". This cut is less tender compared to tenderloin, with some fat marbling throughout, giving it a good beefy flavor.

T-Bone
I consider it as the best choice for hardcore "Carnivore". It is sold with a T-shaped bone in, with meat on both sides. This cut has generous fat marbling throughout, making it super-tender and juicy, with beefy taste.



Ribeye
Often referred as "Entrecôte". This cut is basically a prime rib cut down into individual steaks. It has lots of fat marbling the meat and large pockets of fat interspersed throughout, making it extra juicy with flavorful beefy taste.
