It's jerky y'all Product Review

I got to try some jerky today, that is a first time for me. Because its not made out of meat. You read right, not out of meat.

Brett Christoffel, owns the company, It's jerky y'all. Jerky that is made from whole non gmo soybeans. There is also other fine ingredients in his yummy flavors. And when you eat it, you will not miss the meatiness. It is a very satisfying snack, that I used out of the box, in some recipes.

It's jerky y'all, also gives back, to help support rowdy girl sanctuary. A portion of each sale the company gets goes to helping rescued animals. You can find more info on their website.

I am excited to share with you, my day of cooking and incorporating, It's jerky y'all products into my dish's.

To start off our dinner, I made a cheese dip with It's jerky y'all bacony bits. All through the dip and on the top, I crumbled the bacony bits. The bacony bits y'all, is truly amazing, and really does taste like real bacon. You will never guess the bacony bits are made using soybeans, and other natural ingredients. This product, is much better for you, its has no trans fat or cholesterol to worry about. So you can eat away, not feeling guilty. It's also great as a snack, right out of the bag, but any place you would use bacon, it’s a wonderful substitute. Bacony bits y'all, is divine for any friendly diet, you may be on, even if your vegan. A yummy product, made right here in the US, with big Texas flavor.

The next dish, I made some homemade baked beans with chopped onion and bits of, It's jerky y'all, prickl ypear chipotle. You will never feel like you are eating a plant based jerky, it is truly tender and so delectable. It gave my baked beans a earthy and heat flavor. One of the ingredients is prickly pear puree, and the chili powder and pepper flakes gave it heat. The heat does not come over you, its perfectly melded with all the natural ingredients, very well balanced. Paired with the baked beans, was a perfect culinary marriage, made in the oven. If you love spice, you will love this jerky.

Another side dish before the main, was a small dish of pasta with spinach, and the black pepper and sea salt jerky. I added the jerky in after all the other ingredients for my dish was added, so it still had a nice tender crunch. And salt and pepper was not needed, the jerky gave it that flavor in each bite you took. And at the same time, the jerky remained tender and so tasteful. It's a nice clean taste, from It's jerky y'all. The balance of the ingredients, give you a nice salty, savory flavor again going with that bold Texas taste.

The main dish was some chicken tenders, adding chopped bits of prickly pear teriyaki, It's jerky y'all. Also with some almond garnish and a heat sauce, the jerky paired very well. You get a nice sweet, with a hint of ginger and garlic in each bite. It's so amazing how this soybean jerky taste. The texture, and chew is so palatable. It's clean, and very delicious. The chopped bits of the jerky clung so well to the sauced chicken tenders, and the taste did not disappoint.

You can eat any of these jerky's out of the bag, but they add big flavor to many dish's. And that's up to your creative side, to try them out.

You can find It's jerky y'all, not only on their website, but on Amazon as well. Head over to either, and make them apart of your snack tray, or as a staple in your kitchen.
