Well today I get to try some from "The Hawaii Fudge Company", located in Wailuku, Hawaii.

The company is Hawaii's premier confectionery, and has won best of Maui Chocolatier award for, 2016 and 2017, Maui Magazine.

Their products are made in small batch's which ensures quality and freshness. They have fudge, toffee and brittle available. Every batch is made the way the products should taste, with love and care. And in each bite you taste it!

The Hawaii Fudge Company, only use's the finest of ingredients in every product they produce. The Hawaiian climate, and Hawaiian rich soil give the company the edge to produce these fine confections.

For me to try, I received a box of variety fudgelette's, and some white chocolate sea salt dusted mac nut toffee.

First bite was some of the toffee, from "The Hawaii Fudge Company". It was so amazing, creamy dreamy confection for sure. Hawaii Fudge Company, makes this white chocolate macadamia nut toffee fresh, and makes it one batch at a time. The toffee is coated with the most delicious white chocolate, and on top of that is a sprinkle of sea salt. You get a nice sweet and salty taste in every bite. Being processed by the closeness of the ocean, you get a nice soft toffee, that is exquisite on your palate. Then you also have those amazing macadamia nuts as well. You are in a tropical coma after tasting this amazing toffee!

If that wasn't heaven I don't know what is, but it did not end there. It was on to tasting some of the fudgelette's.

The Hawaii Fudge Company's, 12 piece fudgelette comes in a variety box, of brand new Hawaiian flavors. What the fudgelette's are, are bite size fudge's. They are nice poppable in the mouth flavors such as, banana nut bread, chocolate, chocolate macadamia, dark chocolate strawberry guava, hapa brownie, haupia pie, Hawaiian wedding cake, honu, lava flow, lilikoi cheesecake, maui mud pie, and pog. All amazing, and luscious in each bite. These are bite size fudge's that still have the original fudge flavors from "The Hawaii Fudge Company". Every bite no matter the flavor is soft and creamy. And the nice part about both products, they come in a stunning box, that you can pass on for a gift, that's if you can part with them!

The Hawaii Fudge Company has many products to try, fudge, toffee, brittle, coffee cubes as well.

I promise you, you can not stop eating any of these products, they are truly succulent and heavenly.

Easiest Healthy Coleslaw

This coleslaw, infused with vinegar tang, has little in common with the soupy, mayo-drenched, overly sweetened variants seen in most supermarket deli cases, and is nearly unrecognizable in contrast. It's delicious as a side dish, but it's also fantastic for topping sandwiches.

YOU'LL NEED

2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp 2% Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp vinegar (red wine, white wine, or apple cider)

2 Tbsp canola oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

12 head green cabbage, very thinly sliced

12 head red cabbage, very thinly sliced

3 carrots, cut into thin strips

1 tsp fennel seeds

Pickled jalapeños

HOW TO DO IT

In a mixing dish, combine the mustard, Greek yogurt, and vinegar.

Whisk in the oil gradually. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbages, carrots, fennel seeds, jalapeos (if using), and dressing. Toss to coat everything evenly, then season with salt & pepper to taste.
