Wine it seasonings Review

I knew today, my meals were going to be out of this world, bursting with flavor, from the products I received to review. How could they not be, with seasonings that have wine in them?

The products are called “Wine It”, and Ken Medei is the founder and creator. After twenty-five years of collaborating with a variety of specialty food companies on product repackaging and new product development, a bond was made with one of the most renowned chefs in America.

Wine seasonings, can you imagine?

Wine powder is what sets these seasonings apart from others. Now you can cook like a five-star chef in your own home, with seasonings containing red wine powder from Europe, along with other fine ingredients.

The products are alcohol-free, low in fat, gluten-free, and no msg. There is wine, butter, and garlic to make your dishes shine. Each product contains up to two cups of equal burgundy wine.

Wine It, seasonings will truly enhance any meal you create, and the best part is no additional seasoning will be needed.

Now let me tell you how my meals came out!

For breakfast, I made everyone a nice breakfast frittata, and for the seasoning, I used Wine It, Gremolata. Contains no alcohol and is made with real burgundy wine powder. A fantastic Italian All-Purpose Seasoning and Rub. An all-purpose Italian-inspired herby, lemony, garlicky blend for all meats, fish, poultry, and vegetables. It is a very versatile seasoning mix, that makes your dish scrumptious. This Wine It, all-purpose Gremolata seasoning can also be used to make your favorite rub or marinade. The ingredients are parsley, lemon zest, garlic, and of course burgundy wine. There are no other products on the market like these.

I was so excited about how breakfast turned out; I could not wait for lunch. And that meal was Mediterranean wraps, using, T.A.P Truly All-Purpose seasoning and rub, from Wine it. This seasoning and rub mix is also great in any dish, but also it can be a dip as well, by just adding some sour cream. The recipe is right on top of the seasoning container. Or you can go to the website of Wine It and look up some great recipe ideas. They only use real burgundy wine powder (no alcohol) to achieve a Balanced Flavor. Wine's subtle acidity and complex flavors, combined with selected herbs and spices, elevate your dishes to a new level of layered deliciousness! This outstanding all-purpose blend was created especially to complement all proteins and vegetables. A seasoning with sea salt, garlic, natural red wine, and other delicious spices and herbs.

Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I started dinner with a delicious appetizer of bacon-wrapped shrimp. I seasoned the shrimp and the bacon with, Wine It, sooey seasoning, and rub. Sooey to be exact! Blended with sea salt, turbinado, sugar, and other herbs and spices. Your dish has the yummy sought-after flavor of umami. You can use this versatile seasoning and rub from, Wine It, on burgers to veggies. Add water for a great-tasting marinade, or oil for a yummy dip. The ideas are endless. Whatever you create using this and all the seasonings will be top-shelf recipes.

For my side dish, tonight, I made some fresh mushrooms and bacon, and to enhance the flavor used the Savory Steer seasoning and rub. The blend of wine, herbs, and spices is a scrumptious enhancement. The dish came out perfectly, and everyone enjoyed it. What's nice about this seasoning and rub is you can leave it as well as all the others out on your counter or table as your new condiments.

For the main dish, I made some Southern smothered chicken and spiced up the flavor with, Here Chicky Chicky seasoning and rub, from Wine It. Some of the fine ingredients include not only red wine, but sea salt, sugar, garlic, onion, and other special spices and herbs. A very versatile seasoning and rub, that will bring new life to your recipes. Not only is it great on chicken but will pair well with other recipes as well. If you can think of it, you can create it. A fantastic blend that gives you sass, in every bite. The result of your dish is deep rich flavors and a party in your mouth.

I really enjoyed the products today from, Wine It, and I can’t wait to use them again for recipes.

Cajun-Spiced Grilled Tofu

This wholesome cajun-spiced grilled tofu is incredibly simple to prepare. All you have to do is marinate the tofu and place it on a grill pan. The marinade that is used is made with just five simple components: olive oil, soy sauce, cajun seasoning, honey, and salt!

Ingredients

12-ounce package of House Foods extra-firm tofu

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more oil for grilling

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon cajun spice powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

Drain the tofu package and wrap the tofu block in a couple of layers of paper towels. Place the tofu between two large plates to press it. Weigh down the plate on top with an item heavy, such as an empty cast iron skillet. Allow the tofu to rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

Tofu should be cut into 6 slices. I usually cut the tofu block along the long side.

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, soy sauce, honey, cajun spice powder, garlic powder, and salt in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Massage the marinade all over the tofu. Allow the tofu to sit for at least 15 minutes, or cover the bowl and refrigerate the tofu overnight.

Melt butter in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Drizzle 1–1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil over the grill pan. Place the tofu slices in the pan. Arrange the tofu slices diagonally, along the 2 and 8 'o clock positions or the 4 and 10 'o clock positions. Grill the tofu for 2 to 3 minutes, or until grill marks appear. Repeat with the reverse side of the tofu.

Grilled tofu goes great with grilled vegetables! To add additional flavor, heat any remaining marinade in a saucepan and drizzle it over the grilled tofu.
