Make this homemade pizza for dinner or movie night. Your family and friends will love it.

16 ounces of pizza dough, store-bought or homemade

1/2 cup pizza sauce

18 to 20 slices pepperoni

12 ounces mozzarella cheese

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon fresh oregano, optional

Flour for rolling and shaping dough

For the Quick Pizza Sauce:

1/2 cup tomato sauce

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

1/2 teaspoon granulated onion

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon olive oil

For the Honey Butter

1/4 cup softened butter

2 tablespoons honey

Set the oven's temperature to 500°F. If you're using a pizza stone, make sure it's nice and hot by putting it in the oven for at least twenty minutes before serving.

To prepare the sauce, whisk the ingredients together if you're following my recipe. There's just enough sauce in the recipe for one big pizza. If you're cooking many pizzas, you may just double it.

Roll out the dough: On a surface dusted with flour, roll out the dough. Allow it to rest for five minutes to bring it to room temperature if rolling is difficult. For huge pizzas, I prefer to roll my dough into a circle around fourteen inches in diameter.

Place the toppings on top:

Place the dough on a pizza peel that has been gently floured. Or, slip it into a big cast-iron pot.

Spread a thin layer of sauce over the entire pizza, leaving an inch or so of dough intact around the borders. Half of the pepperoni should be chopped and added to the sauce. Add the remaining pepperoni and grated cheese on top of the pizza. Add some black pepper for seasoning.

Cook the pizza by gently sliding it onto the center of the hot pizza stone, if you're using one. Cook for six minutes, then turn the pizza over halfway to ensure equal cooking. Cook for a further six to eight minutes, or until some of the crust is burned and golden brown.

Press the dough onto a cast-iron pan and top with your desired toppings, if you're using one. To heat the pan and begin frying the crust immediately, place it over a high-heat burner for two minutes. After that, place in an oven preheated to 500 °F and bake for ten to twelve minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Slice and serve: Transfer the pizza to a cutting board using the peel. After letting the pizza sit for a minute, cut it into slices.

Avocado Pasta

The following avocado spaghetti is just amazing! You won't know what you can anticipate or how tasty it is until you try it. It's unlike anything I have ever tasted before, although it tastes slightly like pesto. This smooth creamy avocado, pungent garlic, plus fresh herbs form a fantastic combination! In addition to being healthful and wonderful for you.

2 cup uncooked dry pasta, any type

1 ripe avocado, halved, seeded and peeled

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

2 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Prepare the pasta according to the package directions. Draining well.

After the pasta is cooked, combine the avocado, olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic, cilantro, & lime juice in a blender or food processor and mix well. Some of you may leave it lumpy or blend it till creamy. Serve the spaghetti with avocado sauce. Adjust to taste with salt and pepper, if you want, sprinkle with Parmesan or Romano cheese.

The chocolate that is used to make Nunu Chocolate confections is a combo of sustainably farmed single original cacao, only the finest ingredients go into their products. Every bite you take you taste the love that went into these confections.

Now let me share with you how each one of the confections tasted. First up was a bag of hokey pokey Nunu Chocolates. They manufacture this crunchy candy in their shop out of golden syrup. Once it cools, carefully bubble it up till it's a little lighter than toffee, and then carefully cover it with dark chocolate. The components for this delectable Nunu treat are cocoa mass, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla, sugar, golden syrup, and baking soda. Another great feature of Nunu hokey pokey chocolate is they are not only vegan but gluten-free. These handmade gems will please anyone's taste buds. Then made in NY by Nunu Chocolates. The chocolate is so elegant and just melts in your mouth. Smooth and silky, a wonderful handmade chocolate bar.

After one bite test of the dark chocolate bar, the dark chocolate and soft caramel bar were tasted by Nunu Chocolates. It is made with fifty-three percent cacao. Each piece of this chocolate has a touch of sea salt, that just takes the flavor over the top. Sweet and savory at one time a true party in your mouth. Sugar, cream, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract, fleur de sel. Makes these chocolate gems delicious.

The last delight sent over from Nunu Chocolates was their four-piece bag of salt caramel. These handmade, hand-dipped confections are a true delight anyone would enjoy.
