Truff hot sauce Review

If you’re a hot sauce lover, like my family is, then your in for a great treat hearing about, the products I am sharing with you today. The company hot sauce is from "Truff".

Truff story began because they wanted to explore ingredients in a hot sauce that had not been explored before. Flavors that had not been mixed with hot sauce before, Truff mixed them. They also made hot sauce with indulgence that had not been made yet. There was not a hot sauce that existed like they wanted, so they created it.

And for my dinner tonight, I get to experience just want Truff was trying to relay.

When the box came and I unwrapped the products, I thought, "oh I got some really nice designer perfume". No it was three bottles of hot sauce, and the one in the white box was elegant to say the least.

In that elegant white and gold box, was a hot sauce, from Truff. It was their curate blend of white truffle hot sauce. It was so pretty you didn't even want to throw the box away, so I stored it back in after I used it. Now for the white truffle hot sauce, this is Truff's blend of ripe chili peppers, organic agave nectar, a hint of organic coriander, and white truffle all incorporated into their flagship hot sauce. This is a seasonal hot sauce from Truff, and is also limited. The white truffle hot sauce is vegan, gluten free, and has a shu level of 2,500-3,000.

The dish I created and using the Truff white truffle hot sauce, was mac and cheese with crab and shrimp. The white truffle hot sauce, made a already decadent dish, even more decadent. The flavor and the spice, took the dish to a height of pure indulgence. You get a combo of heat and sweet on your palate. The sweet comes from the organic nectar of agave that Truff use's. And you get the kick of heat from the ripe chili peppers. The heat does not burn you like traditional hot sauce's, I would say out of ten it is around 8. I know my kids we're able to eat my mac n cheese with seafood and white truffle hot sauce, with no tears! The hot sauce is a nice consistency, not to thick, not to thin. And it really does have white truffle taste as well. When you do open the bottle of Truff's white truffle hot sauce, you do get the aroma of the white truffle. And adding it as a ingredient to my seafood mac n cheese, gave my dishes a decadent shine. It doesn't have to be a hot sauce that you just pour ontop of your food, it's great incorporated right into a dish. Since the white truffle hot sauce is a limited edition, I put it back into the stunning box it came in, for the next time. I can say that this Truff white truffle hot sauce was great with my dish, but would meld beautifully with so many other dishes. For me, it's not a hot sauce, I would put on top of pizza or say fries, its just to elegant. I my self  will save it and serve for only my best special meals.

Now Truff also sent over their "Hot" sauce. With this I used it as a condiment to top some of the seafood sushi I made. The "Hot" sauce is also vegan, gluten free, and a shu of 2,500-3k. The "Hot", sauce is a blend of ripe chili peppers, organic agave nectar, savory spices, and this time includes black truffle oil. The black truffle oil in this hot sauce comes from Northern Italy. Also there is a hint of cumin in the taste of the "HOT" sauce, which in the end gives you a unique and classy hot sauce flavor. This "HOT" sauce added a sophisticated taste to the sushi, it was like eating at a five star restaurant, only cooked at home, with a great added ingredient from Truff. All the tops of the Truff hot sauces, have a cap that is also truffle inspired. Such elegant bottles! And another great FYI about Truff hot sauces, they we're Oprahs, 2019 favorite products. The taste of the sauce does have a sweetness to it, and a kick as well, that is actually nothing over powering on the palate. You do get the taste of the black truffle, and all the ingredients meld well in the bottle of hot sauce. The "HOT" Truff sauce has the same texture, same rich color, and same distinctive classy look. So far all my dishes have seafood in them, but theses hot sauces from Truff will compliment any dish you use them in. I can see this "HOT", sauce as a ingredient in pulled pork, as a condiment, or even in a egg dish.

The last bottle from Truff, was their "HOTTER" sauce. The bottle had the same stunning design, only this time the ingredients we're a lot hotter as the bottle stated. The ingredients are deep in flavor from a jalapeno chili blend, that any heat lover will appreciate. Made with the same love, vegan friendly, gluten free, and with a heat level of 5,000-7k shu. The "HOTTER" sauce also has black truffle oil, and the organic agave nectar in it. But to make the heat even higher, it includes red habanero powder. You also can taste cumin and coriander. All of the ingredients compliment this sauce perfectly. The "HOTTER", sauce has a much less sweet taste, and much more heat taste, all in a rendition of Truff's Flagship original sauce. I used the "HOTTER", sauce for shrimp that I used to make shrimp fajitas. I used the "HOTTER" sauce as a glaze for my shrimp while grilling them. The "HOTTER", sauce gave the shrimp a beautiful shine, and a amazing taste. As with this recipe, and the others only Truff hot sauces was the flavor creator. It is safe to say that this hot sauce is just what it says on the Truff label "HOTTER", then the others. So for those who love over the top heat, this is the perfect way to go. Its not only great with seafood dishes, but would be great over tacos, and even on a burger as a condiment. However you choose to use it, your dish will have a amazing taste and have amazing flavors.

How to melt butter fast and easy

Soften your butter FAST

Varieties of Butters "Just a few"

When you think of butter, did you ever consider how many varieties there are?

Let me share with you a few of them, and some ideas of what they are used for.

Butter is a key component, favorite, and flavoring in a broad variety of dishes. Butter adds moisture to your baked goods, silk to your  sauces and enriches a wide range of steamed vegetables.

Most experienced bakers stand by the Danish Lurpak Butter, because of the richness it brings to their pastry. Those who've discovered that home consumers prefer to taste Gourmet Butter on their bread, vegetables and potatoes. Consider making a variety of kinds of Compound Butter. Just let your preferred Gourmet Butter warm enough to render so that's it workable, but to warm because it will become goopy. Create a broad variety of Compound Butters, including thyme and lemon zest, basil and sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and rosemary, blackberry and pepper, and jalapeno and shallot.

Cultured Butter has a larger number of favorable bacterial colonies that turn sugar to lactic acid. Before the milk is churned, the milk is warmed and the crops are added to generate lactic acid. That is the exact direction that milk is turned into the crème fraîché.

French Butter has a spice and nutty flavor that is not present in its American equivalent. Any of the variations in taste can be due to the fact that American butter is needed by law to have a minimum of 80% butterfly, whereas French unsalted butter must have at least 82% butterfly (80% butterfly is necessary for French salted butter). French butter appears to have fewer sugar as well. Most French Butters are seasoned with sea salt, a practice that has become the test of time.

Crazy Monkey Baking

Yesterday's products, are going to fill my day with baking fun. Although they are a Granola Cookie Crunch's from Crazy Monkey Baking Company, I want to get creative!

A little history on how Crazy Monkey Baking started is what I want to tell you about first. And after that, my grandson JJ and I will have some breakfast, and do some baking together.

Crazy Monkey Baking Granola Cookie Crunch is the invention of Teresa Humrichouser. Before graduating from Ohio University with a Bachelor 's degree in Nutrition and Food Service Administration, Teresa realized that if she wanted to be satisfied with her work, she would have to be interested in baking. A mere baking practitioner, Teresa has taken several baking lessons, served in retail specialty bakeries, and invested her time in bakeries. But it's her own kitchen where she perfects her baking formulas. Teresa began with an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe, and in the next several months it developed into what is now known as Crazy Monkey Baking Granola Cookie Crunch. From her kitchen, to a full blown company, to our homes, her products are available for everyone to try!

The first product JJ and I are going to try, I will use for our breakfast. For JJ, I kept it yummy and fun. Together we built a Parfait of strawberry yogurt, and topped it with Crazy Monkey Baking, "Dark Chocolate Chip Granola Cookie Crunch", and a big fresh strawberry on top of that. Needless to say it was not only pretty, but my grandson loved it. I always feel if a child eats it, you know its good. The granola part of Crazy Monkey Baking, is made with whole grain granola. The homemade cookie granola clusters, are low in carbs, sugar, and sodium. You don't have to bake with them, they taste fantastic right out of the bag. JJ loved the little monkey on the bag! Since Teresa started with oatmeal cookies, that is the first taste you notice when biting into the clusters. And yes I had to taste it to, after all my little grandson is only two. I could only get his opinion from seeing him finish it all up. The granola cookie clusters are great for families that watch what they eat. And since Crazy Monkey Cookie granola clusters are made in small batches, the company is able to control the taste and quality of their products. In each piece of the homemade clusters, you get dark chocolate chips, that melt in your mouth, along with the crunch of the granola. A great feature is that after the bag is open, you can reseal it to keep the cookie granola clusters fresh. The clusters make a great, safe and healthy snack for your whole family. You can pack some for lunch's, or use them in recipes, or better yet, just eat them right out of the bag! Kids will love the granola cookie clusters from Crazy Monkey Baking, because they taste so much like a cookie, a oatmeal cookie. And moms will love the Crazy Monkey Granola Cookie Clusters, because they are a healthy and delicious product.

Now for me, I used the Crazy Monkey Baking Cookie Crunch Granola, "Pumpkin Seed & Spice", and topped some vanilla yogurt. It was like a dessert for breakfast, that brought you back to Thanksgiving. In each bite you could taste not only the spice, but the pumpkin seeds.  Also you get the taste of the honey and molasses that help cover the rolled oats. I can think of so many other recipes to use the pumpkin & spice cookie crunch granola in, as a topping for breads, or baked into a oatmeal cookie. The aroma of the pumpkin & spice cookie crunch granola, hits you as soon as you open the bag. You just want to dive into these artisan products and eat it. It's a clump of rolled oats, with a cookie taste, and filled with wonderful healthy ingredients.

Now for the rest of the flavors from Crazy Monkey Baking, JJ and I are going to make some muffins, cookies and a loaf of bread.

For the muffins I just used a basic muffin recipe and added the different flavors of the cookie crunch granola as the main ingredient. With a total of twelve muffins, three each included the cookie crunch granola's. The first three, JJ and I put some of the "Mint Chocolate Chips Granola Cookie Crunch", in side the mix. This gave the muffins the taste of not only bittersweet chocolate, but a fresh peppermint flavor. It was like eating a mint chocolate ice cream muffin. Crumbling the cookie granola crunch was also easy to do into the muffin mixture. Even though we used the "Mint Chocolate Cookie Granola Crunch", in our muffins, there was enough left over to snack on later. These little gems are truly a fresh new snack in our home, packed with the flavor they say they are.

For the next three muffins, I let JJ choose the bag from Crazy Monkey Baking, and that was, the flavor cranberry almond. This flavor was over the top, just like the other clusters. You taste the sweet taste of the almonds, and the clusters, that are chewy. Then the taste of the molasses, and the bits of cranberries mixed through the clusters. It also crumbled nicely into our muffins. And what was nice in the muffin mixture you could see the cranberries surface after crumbling the cookie granola crunch. The muffins still had a crunchy texture to them, from the sweet almonds in the granola. This cookie granola crunch would also be great as a topping for bread, during the holidays. But if you don't want to wait that long, try it on some ice cream.

Now for the next three muffins, JJ crumbled some of Crazy Monkey Baking, "Mocha Granola Cookie Clusters", into our muffin mix. Now this was such a decadent flavor. If you love anything coffee flavored, this is the perfect cookie granola cluster for you. I also added some coffee beans, to the muffins, and these I served to the adults. It was a fresh cup of coffee in muffin form. There is a ingredient combo of coffee and dark chocolate that make up the granola cookie clusters. And it's music to the palate in every bite, not only in the muffins, but eating it straight out of the bag.

I think the last three muffins was my grandsons favorite. If you love peanut butter, you will really enjoy Crazy Monkey Baking "Peanut Butter ChocolateChip Granola Cookie Clusters". Not only in my muffins but straight from the bag, it’s a pairing that is truly a delight. You get the taste of rich deep peanut butter, and then the crunch of the granola, and then the buttery chocolate chips. Even in the cookie granola clusters, you can see the chunks of chocolate. I don't see this bag lasting long in any ones cabinet. As with all the flavors so far, they are so perfectly paired.

Now my grandson and I are going to make a dozen cookies using the Crazy Monkey Baking Granola Cookie Clusters. This should be a yummy treat, and makes my mouth water just thinking about it.

he first six cookies we made included, the flavor "Gingerbread White Chocolate Granola". The entire house smelled like Christmas. In each cluster, you get chunks of sweet white chocolate, that even stayed in the semi soft cookies we made. You get the taste and aroma of ginger, and the feel of the Christmas Holiday. It doesn't get any better then this.

Six other cookies JJ crumbled in the Crazy Monkey Baking, "White Chocolate Cranberry Granola Cookie Clusters". This bag of granola clusters had large chunks of sweet white chocolate, with chunks of cranberries. The cookies flavored with these granola clusters, also reminded you of the Holidays, filling the house with sweet aroma's. I can see why this is one of Crazy Monkey Baking's most popular flavors. So far JJ and I are having a blast with these yummy treasures. And it doesn't get any better then to make a cookie, with a product that tastes like a cookie! This cookie granola cluster flavor would make a great topping for ice cream, yogurt, and much more. The flavors of all of them are so decadent.

Now to end our baking for the day, I used the last bag from Crazy Monkey Baking, "Cinnamon

Pecan Granola Cookie Clusters". And I used this as a crumble on top of my banana bread, and also added some of the clusters inside the bread mix as well. The paired ingredients of the granola cookie clusters and the fresh banana was a great meld. The Cinnamon Pecan Granola Cookie Clusters was a combo of granola flavor, and a cookie flavor, AGAIN! In every bite from the bag, as well as from my banana bread, you got a portion of the pecans and granola crunch. The aroma from the cinnamon, filled the air as soon as you opened the bag. This recipe was a perfect match, but the Granola Cookie Clusters cinnamon pecan, would pair great with many dishes.

If you are looking to try any of these Granola Cookie Clusters from Crazy Monkey Baking, please do. You can visit the company at their website.
