Mexican Dish's

Mexican food is very prominent. In addition, it's so famous that Mexican restaurants are almost everywhere in the United States. And no, Taco Bell doesn't qualify as one of those choices.

Yeah, the Mexican food that Americans think of is a somewhat Americanized variant of Mexican cuisine, but it's also quite close to what they consume in Mexico.

Taco's are one of the core components in Mexican cuisine. If you're enjoying a soft taco or a hard taco, all of them are very popular choices in Mexico or the United States. If you want more of an authentic Mexican flavor, then a corn tortilla is an alternative. Although this is something that scares many Americans off, if you're able to hunt down an authentic Mexican joint in the U.S., it's very possible that soft corn tortillas would be available. Personally, I feel that this is an excellent choice.

Of course when it comes to side dishes there are the classic options of rice and refried beans. If you are an American then it's very possible that the only time you have ever eaten refried beans is when you are enjoying Mexican cuisine. And then the rice is just a little different when there is the Mexican touch on it. The side dishes are just different from other foods. These are sometimes the only two sides available at Mexican restaurants and that's quite alright.
Tamales is a very common Mexican dish. They can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They may be either red or white. There is also a probability there is a deep brown mole sauce there fully transforms the tamale. You will enjoy tamales with a cup of atole, a short, thick beverage made of maize.

The quesadilla is another specialty in Mexican cuisine. They're really famous, and even the restaurants that aren't Mexican serve them. They're so easy. Catch some bacon, some rice, some tomatoes, some onion and barbecue, and you're ready to go. You eat it, in the morning or in the evening. All it takes is some seasoning, which you can find, and some sour cream, and you're up and running for those delicious quesadillas. Which can be made in only a couple of minutes.
Odds are there's a Mexican recipe for everyone. Those were some of the more common ones, but you can dig deeper and find more unique choices.
