Lemon & raspberry baskets five ingredients




A very elegant and easy-to-make dessert, that only has five ingredients.

 

Ingredients

50g dark chocolate, broken into pieces

325g jar good-quality lemon curd

200g pot half-fat crème fraîche

150g punnet raspberries

6 brandy snap baskets

 

Microwave the chocolate for a total of two minutes on High, turning halfway through. In the meantime, combine the lemon curd & crème fraîche. Distribute half of the raspberries among the baskets, then pour over the lemon cream & top with the remaining berries. Sprinkle the dark chocolate across the tops of the baskets & chill for five to ten minutes or as much as one hour.
